Overall, our stay at Treasure Hotel Oman was pleasant and the staff were generally helpful. The rooms were comfortable and we had a nice experience with the family. However, there were a few issues that were quite disappointing. The room locker/safe kept showing errors repeatedly even when the correct password was entered. We had to call maintenance multiple times during our stay, which became frustrating and inconvenient.Another major concern was the parking entrance design. The barricade area is extremely narrow, and while entering, my car touched the barricade and it got bent. The hotel charged us 60 OMR for the damage. While I understand being responsible for accidents, I genuinely feel the parking entrance design itself is too tight and increases the chances of such incidents happening to guests.I hope the management improves these issues, especially the locker reliability and parking access, to make future guests’ experiences smoother.

Our entire family had a wonderful stay at Fraser suites. The rooms, entire service, overall care and hospitality was beyond our expectation. The entire staff was outstanding, extremely caring and superb. Rooms were spacious and luxurious. Distance from airport and city specifics was perfect. We travelled with our toddlers and elderly parents. Thanks to the entire staff, we had a stress free trip and were able to make beautifull memories with our family. Thank you to the entire team at Fraser suites for helping us throughout our stay.

Outstanding Family Stay We had an absolutely fabulous experience staying in the Executive 2-Bedroom Suite. It is incredibly spacious, offering more than enough room for the family to relax and a perfect layout for entertaining friends. The suite features a state-of-the-art kitchen, spacious bedrooms, and very comfortable beds that ensured a great night's sleep. The breakfast provided was excellent, but what truly sets this property apart is the reception staff, they were extremely welcoming and genuinely cared about our comfort throughout our stay. The location is perfect, situated close to a wide range of malls and supermarkets, with quick and easy access to major local attractions, including the nearby wadis. We will definitely be staying at this facility again!

A spacious apartment including kitchen and two bedrooms. The kitchen is equipped with the essentials, and both a washing machine and dishwasher are provided. While the hotel may not be the most modern, everything is very clean and well-maintained. The gym is equipped with a wide range of machines. Staff is extremely friendly, and any concerns are taken seriously and addressed immediately. The housekeeping team, in particular, is highly reliable. Supervisor Bashir ensures the rooms are cleaned at the agreed times and always takes an effort to fulfill all guest requests. THX to you and your colleagues!

We've been staying in this hotel suite for more than 21 days, and it has been one of our best experiences in Muscat. The cleaning service is excellent—especially Lakshika and Shubu, who have been meticulous and kind in their work. Since we have a 9-month-old baby, cleanliness is very important to us. The food here is also good!

Wonderful stay. Hotel was lovely and has everything you need, whether it is a short or long trip. Business or leisure. The staff were all very welcoming and helpful. Reem, the hotel services liaison, was brilliant. Nothing was a problem and arranged everything seamlessly. Her excellent service and dedication is a credit to the brand.
