My stay at the Millennium Hotel last Friday September 12 and 13, 2026) was truly a wonderful experience. The staff were very courteous, kind, and attentive to our needs. The food was excellent—especially the bread and other delicious recipes offered. My wife and my son enjoyed every moment of our stay. The price was very affordable, yet the quality of service and food exceeded our expectations. The room was neat, well-maintained, and equipped with amenities that were convenient and satisfying to use. We are looking forward to booking again in the future. Thank you very much to all the staff and crew for your outstanding hospitality. God bless everyone.

Loved the early check in and late check out feature trip.com included in my booking, very convenient for a night flight. Beautiful clean hotel, great service, loved the room and sunset view from the room. Staff were all so kind and helpful.

I stayed at the hotel for six nights last September, and although this was my first stay, my overall impression was very positive. From the very beginning, I received a warm welcome from Mr. Abdul Majeed at the Front Office. His calm smile, professional and courteous manner, and genuine willingness to provide every possible assistance made an excellent first impression. This is especially important in any hotel, as the Front Office team is often the first point of contact and plays a major role in shaping the guest’s first impression. All the hotel facilities are excellent, and the quality of the food is very good. The entire restaurant team provides exceptional service with genuine smiles and a friendly attitude, especially Chef Fatiha, who gave me great support and paid close attention to ensuring the quality of the food served. I would also like to thank Mr. Boniey for his friendly smile and warm hospitality, as well as the entire team for their excellent service. The room service is also of a very high standard. In addition, the hotel’s location is excellent, right in the heart of Muscat. I look forward to staying at the hotel again very soon. Wishing the entire team continued success and all the best.

We had a UAP event and the service was exceptional. The event hall have a big space to accommodate our guests. The networking area was also big enough to do our connection and socialization with the industry partners. The buffet hall have a good location too. The variety of food was great. Several dishes were served. I actually was not able to taste all. Maybe when I will have an event again then I can cherish all the food. The staffs werr all great. Thank you to Ms. Mativic who facilitated everything. The team of Suresh also provided service and they were all professional. They ensure that the food is always ready and ensures it is full from the serving plate. I would really recommend this place as a hosting event.

I had a pleasant 3 nights stay at Millennium Hotel Muscat last week. The hotel is very well located, especially being close to Al Khuwair and directly connected to Grand Mall and close to Oman Avenue Mall, making shopping and dining extremely convenient. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a good bed and ample space to open luggage without feeling cramped. Natural sunlight adds to the overall pleasant atmosphere of the room. The facilities are well maintained, the gym is good, and the swimming pool is clean and enjoyable. One of the convenient point is the basement parking, where plenty of spots are available at any time of day. The breakfast buffet offers a good spread, including breads, eggs, Indian and Arabic options, catering to a wide range of preferences. The staff deserve special mention, they are cooperative, kind, and very supportive throughout the stay. There are a few aspects that could be improved. The valet service tends to be slow at times, which may be inconvenient during busy hours. Housekeeping response time could also be improved, as it can take a while. Additionally, the dinner buffet has almost no vegetarian options, with most dishes being non-vegetarian apart from salads and fruits. Overall, a comfortable and well-located hotel with good facilities and service, with some scope for improvement in operations and dining variety.

Brilliant hotel with a very good central location in Muscat city. It is the perfect spot to stay if you want to discover the city and have free parking/valet service! The staff was outstanding and very hospitable! Especially Mr. Surfaraz was incredible not only with us as a couple but also made our 1-year old son feel safe and protected; also fulfilling all wishes of his. The love and care we received by him and other staff members especially at the food buffet were very appreciated. We were originally staying on the second floor but when it started to smell like smoke due to the smokers’ floor down below we were immediately upgraded to the Junior Suite, which enhanced the relaxing and comfortable experience. We checked out super happy and even sad, having to leave! Dinner and breakfast were amazing and super fresh! Absolutely recommend staying there even with your family!

Our first time in Oman and at this hotel and it has been absolutely incredible. The room, the service, the breakfast and the access to the mall was amazing! They even surprised us with a congratulations cake. But the highlight was meeting Miron, he made us feel so relaxed and comfortable. He has been super helpful throughout our stay and would definitely consider coming again because of this. Thank you Miron. Overall it has been a lovely honeymoon trip.

Everything about our stay at Grand Millennium Muscat was top-notch. The staff made check-in seamless, and the room was immaculately clean and comfortable. Having direct access to the mall right from the hotel was super convenient. Great breakfast options, lovely pool facilities, and high standards throughout. Will definitely return!
