We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The service was excellent from the moment we arrived. A special thanks to Asma for the warm welcome, kindness, and great hospitality. She was always friendly and helpful. Also, Anfal was very helpful and made the check-out process quick and smooth. Thank you to the entire team for the excellent service. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again.

We had such a lovely and relaxing evening at OMNY. The service was excellent from start to finish. Amir was very friendly and attentive, and he made sure we were comfortable throughout the evening. Ahmed prepared a great shisha and took the time to explain the different options, which we really appreciated. Shiva, the restaurant manager, also stopped by to check on us and made us feel very welcome. The pool area in the evening was beautiful and peaceful, and the whole atmosphere was perfect for a relaxed night. The location is also very convenient if you’re staying in Muscat for a short visit, especially with the airport being so close. We genuinely enjoyed our evening and would happily come back again.

We really enjoyed staying at the Radisson Hormuz. Building is modern and spacious with excellent facilities. Our room was large, clean and tidy with a lovely bathroom which including a large shower and bath. Staff were super friendly, very helpful and Made us feel extremely welcome. Check in was quick and easy. We stayed over the Christmas period and booked the Christmas brunch- it was outstanding! I would definitely recommend having this if you stay over for Christmas. Siva Kumar, the food manager, made sure everything was perfect and attended to our every need. Thank you Siva!Breakfast was also excellent and very efficient, catering for western and Middle Eastern tastes. Again we were looked after extremely well by the staff and in particular Sonja who was very helpful throughout our stay.The pool is outside the main restaurant and is surrounded by palm trees, seating and sun beds. A very relaxing place to unwind.The hotel is very close to the airport, but it does mean you are not close to the main city centre. However, a 15 minute taxi ride and you can access most of Muscats sights.Overall, a lovely hotel.

I dined at their Bab-al-Hind restaurant. This is one of the best places in Muscat if you are looking for Indian / North Indian cuisine. Umesh and Ashwani were very helpful and took care of all our dietary requirements. I was celebrating a special occasion and they went out of their way to make it extra special for us. The food is fantastic and their desserts are mind blowing. Special kudos to their Chefs. A must visit place.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Service – Special Appreciation for Hon Aziz Jogodeesh I would like to take a moment to sincerely appreciate the outstanding service I received during my buffet experience. Among the entire team, Hon Aziz Jogodeesh truly stood out and made a lasting impression. Aziz was exceptionally professional, attentive, quick, and courteous. Whenever we needed anything, he responded immediately and handled everything with genuine care. What impressed me the most was his constant smile and positive attitude. His warm and welcoming personality made the dining experience feel much more comfortable and enjoyable. In my opinion, excellent hospitality is not only about serving food — it is about making guests feel valued, welcomed, and genuinely cared for. Aziz demonstrated exactly that. I have experienced many hotel services, but Aziz was the staff member who impressed me the most. His dedication and natural approach to customer service deserve special recognition. I strongly recommend that the management acknowledge and appreciate Aziz for his excellent performance. Employees like him are a valuable asset to any hotel and play an important role in creating memorable guest experiences. We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and would especially like to thank the entire team for their professionalism and kindness. This morning, just before leaving for the airport, we mistakenly believed that my mother’s watch had gone missing. In the stress of our flight, we asked the reception for help and unfortunately questioned the hotel’s security. In the end, the watch was simply in our belongings. We would therefore like to offer our most sincere apologies to the two reception staff members as well as the manager who went out of their way to assist us. Thank you for your patience, kindness, and professionalism. We would also like to clarify that security is indeed present in this hotel. The entire team responded immediately, with seriousness and professionalism, and we will never question it again. A special mention as well to Aziz and Ham for their excellent welcome and service at breakfast. We are leaving with very fond memories of this hotel and sincerely thank the entire team for their understanding.

We recently stayed at Hormuz Grand Hotel after 10 years, and it was wonderful to experience the same exceptional hospitality. The rooms were comfortable, the amenities were well maintained, and the food at The Straits and OMNY restaurants was excellent. A special thanks to Ms. Farah and Mr. Zakaria at reception, Mr. Sreerag (OMNY), Mr. Han (The Straits), and Mr. Habib at the swimming pool for their warm hospitality and outstanding service. Thank you to the entire team for making our return visit so memorable. We look forward to visiting again!
