We fully understand your concern regarding the change in the room rate after you had provided all the requested details and were initially given a quotation. Having the rate subsequently changed due to what was explained as a miscommunication understandably left you feeling disappointed. While pricing or communication errors can occasionally occur, we recognize that the way such situations are handled is equally important. Our guests should receive clear, accurate information and a professional, transparent response, particularly when making plans for a family stay. We sincerely regret that we did not meet this expectation on this occasion. Please be assured that we take your comments seriously. Your feedback has been shared with the relevant management team for review, including the communication and rate-quotation process, so that we can identify what went wrong and take appropriate steps to minimize the possibility of a similar situation occurring in the future.
