They went above and beyond to ensure my check-in process was quick and smooth, and they were always ready to assist with any questions or requests I had. Whether it was offering helpful local recommendations or ensuring my room was comfortable, their attention to detail truly made a difference. The level of hospitality at Swiss-Bellini is top-notch, and the front desk staff plays a key role in making the hotel feel so welcoming and organized. I initially booked the hotel outside the airport as I plan to visit some interesting places in Muscat during 14 hrs transit. Due to heavy rain the previous day and I don't want to take a risk, I just stay at the hotel and rest.Very good location, near to the airport, near the eateries area, really nice staff, clean & comfortable room. Easy to catch ehailing/taxi to & from airport. Recommended!

The pasta is delicious and quite satisfying! It has a tender yet slightly al dente texture, paired with a savory and creamy sauce. The seasoning is spot-on—not overpowering, allowing the flavor of the pasta itself to shine through. This is our second time staying at Swiss-Belinn Muscat. The first time was about a year ago, and we were very satisfied, which is why we decided to come back again. When we first arrived this time, we didn’t like the room we were given. It wasn’t suitable for us, and we didn’t feel comfortable there. Since the hotel was fully booked, they couldn’t change our room for the first three nights. However, as soon as another room that suited our preference became available, they immediately moved us so we could feel more relaxed and comfortable. I am quite particular about certain small details in the room, and the housekeeping team addressed each and every one of my concerns. Mr. Abu Saeed, the Housekeeping Manager, was especially helpful and made sure our stay was pleasant. We truly appreciate his support. Now our room is clean and lovely, and we are very thankful for the beautiful surprise you prepared for us. One more important point about this hotel: the breakfast is excellent, delicious, and very diverse. All the items are fresh and not repetitive, and the staff are very polite and friendly. This experience showed us that the hotel staff truly do their best to provide the best possible stay for their guests. Thank you!

I stayed for one night. The location is very close to the airport, which makes it a good choice for a business stay. You shouldn’t expect a luxury hotel, but it is acceptable and comfortable. The staff are very polite and friendly, especially Mr. Yousef and his colleague at the reception—they were very professional, welcoming, and helpful, providing all the necessary assistance to guests
