An absolutely stellar place for an unforgettable getaway Mykonos Grand Hotel is truly something special, an absolutely stellar place for an unforgettable getaway. It is rare to find a hotel that feels genuinely unique and unlike anything you have experienced before, but this place manages to do exactly that. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the unbelievably attentive staff, beautiful amenities, incredible food, and the level of care that goes into every detail. By the end of our stay, we genuinely felt like we were leaving a home away from home. A very special thank you goes to Ioanna, our concierge, who is an absolute gem of the hotel. From the very beginning, she made it her mission to ensure that we felt welcome and that every part of our stay was as memorable as possible. She helped organise everything from A to Z and somehow managed to secure some of the most incredible experiences for us, even on very short notice during the busiest time of the season. What impressed us most was that no matter how busy things were, she was always friendly, approachable, and greeted us with a genuine smile. Her professionalism and dedication are exceptional, but it was her warmth and kindness that made such an impression on us. I will miss her tremendously and honestly wish I could have her assistance with me at all times! Themis, who looked after us during one of our private dinners, as well as during breakfast and at the beach, is an absolute sweetheart. He was consistently kind, attentive, and helpful, always making sure we had everything we needed and doing so with such a warm and genuine attitude. People like him make an already wonderful hotel experience truly memorable. Christos, who was responsible for the upstairs pool area and restaurant during lunch, also deserves a special mention. He was incredibly helpful and kind, always willing to find a solution to anything we needed, while remaining utterly professional. His attention and attitude were exemplary, and we truly appreciated everything he did for us. The spa experience was unforgettable and added another wonderful dimension to our stay. We also had a photography session during our visit, which was an incredibly special experience and gave us beautiful memories that we will cherish for years to come. The rooms are fantastic, the location is absolutely stellar, the food is amazing, and the amenities are beautiful. But what truly sets Mykonos Grand apart is its people. The professionalism, warmth, genuine hospitality, and attention to detail are exceptional. Whether you are travelling as a family, as a couple, or on your own, this hotel is an incredible choice. There is something very special about the atmosphere here, and it is a place where you can truly relax, enjoy yourself, and create unforgettable memories. By the end of our trip, it genuinely felt as though we were leaving a home away from home, and that is the greatest compliment we can give. Thank you to the entire Mykonos Grand Hotel team for the unbelievable professionalism, kindness, hospitality, and for creating experiences and memories that we will hold dear forever. We cannot wait to return.

The hotel was absolutely amazing — beautiful, clean, and with a fantastic team. The staff were perfect and made our stay truly special. ❤️ But a very special THANK YOU goes to our waiter GEORGE! 🙏 He was absolutely TOP — always smiling, kind, helpful, and incredibly attentive. He made us feel so welcome and took such great care of us. George, we will never forget you! ❤️ You made our holiday even more special, and we truly appreciate everything you did for us.

We have traveled extensively around the world and stayed at many of the finest luxury hotels, and we can confidently say that Mykonos Grand Hotel & Resort ranks among the very best. From the moment we arrived, everything was simply perfect. The warm welcome, the impeccable attention to detail, and the genuine hospitality made us feel at home throughout our stay. A special thank you to Dimitros and Cleo from the beach service, who went above and beyond to make every day unforgettable. Their kindness, professionalism, and attention to every detail were truly exceptional. The bar team and the reception staff were equally outstanding—everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The breakfast was another highlight. The service was so refined and attentive that many top restaurants could learn from this team. Every morning started with impeccable hospitality and an exceptional dining experience. Beautiful rooms, breathtaking views, outstanding service, and a team that genuinely cares about every guest. Mykonos Grand Hotel & Resort is a true five-star property in every sense of the word, and we cannot wait to return. Highly recommended!

Need a spa day? This is it!! I didn't stay here but I booked a spa treatment: hydro treatment, scrub, and hot stone massage. It was heaven! I was escorted to the women's changing room which has lockers with fluffy robes and slippers. There's bodywash, shampoo and lotion but no other toiletry amenities (wash towels, q-tips, deodorant, etc) I had to be careful not to wash off my deodorant since I didn't bring any. Next was the steam and sauna which were wonderful. The jacuzzi was the size of a small pool with an infinity edge and multiple jets around the pools that focused on different parts of the body with different pressures. Then I was throughly scrubbed with a sugar mixture and finally warm oil based stones massaged my body. After my massage I relaxed outside next to the pool overlooking the beach. Breathe taking. Note the hotel is easily accessible via the bus, the stop is across the street.

Absolutely incredible stay here at Mykonos Grand Hotel! The facility, service and location were top notch. Included breakfast was excellent (had safe Gluten free options which was great since I have celiac disease). Pools and beach were stunning. We had a lovely massage but were disappointed to find out that the spa has an additional fee and felt that it should have been included with the massage service fee as it usually is in other resorts. Regardless, we had a beautiful time here and would 100% return when we come back to Mykonos.

What a beautiful hotel! We were greeted by Matina. She was so helpful. She helped us with our rebooking needs. She told us our private yacht trip would be better the day before than the day we're taking it because of the weather. If you come to Mykonos we strongly recommend that you stay here.

Just returned from a wonderful stay at the Mykonos Grand. Wow what an amazing hotel, from the warm welcome from Maria, the level of service was exceptional. The staff were so attentive, always with a smile on their faces, you were made to feel like family. Big shout out to Andreas and Elena who kept us entertained in the bar , the beautiful Fortini who greeted us with her huge smile at breakfast, and also how hard the beach and pool guys work in that heat. |Beautiful hotel, rooms and perfect position, with free transport into Mykonos town in the evening.
