Hotel Keihan Nagoya is a modern and well-kept place with a stylish lobby and a really nice breakfast setup. I liked the variety at breakfast, especially the fresh bread, salad options, and the small touches like complimentary drinks and amenities in the room. The staff were polite and helpful, and the room felt clean and comfortable overall. That said, the room was a bit on the smaller side, and the walk from the station can take a little longer than expected depending on which exit you use. Still, it’s a solid choice for staying in Nagoya if you want something convenient, clean, and good value 👍

Rooms were fairly sized. We had room to sit which is a luxury in Japanese hotel rooms. Cleaning service is very poor. They replace towels, and remove trash. That's basically it. Items are dusty. Should I be washing the cups? I wish they provide dish soap and sponge for that then... Tried the breakfast on Day 1 - it was good! The location is OK but not great.

Location is near nishiki which is nice for nightlife. The staff were kind and the check in process is super easy. The rooms were a little small but clean and comfortable. The hotel is super affordable making it a great option to stay in nagoya. A lot of combinis around which is great as well.

It’s a nice looking hotel from the outside. The lobby is really really small. The chairs are always mostly occupied by people checking in or checking out. Don’t even think you can sit there for a break from the even tinier room. It’s ok to offer a tiny room if there’s enough room for the luggage. A cruise ship cabin is even smaller but it’s so designed there are drawers and closets and even space under the bed to put your bags. The room is so badly designed that it’s impossible for international tourists to store all their luggage. There is a nice toilet with bidet. There’s an onsen type of tub. I hope the hotel will provide us with some onsen salt but no such luck. The full size hand wash shampoo conditioner and body wash are of good quality. The robe is thin, bad quality. The slippers with heels are not wearable. A good point is there is plenty of amenities provided. It includes face wash toner and milk lotion on top of the standard amenities like cotton swabs, tooth brush etc. we added a second person as Expedia messed it up (we booked 2 persons but Expedia put us as one person) and we were charged 75% more. Ridiculous but we have no choice. People who use Expedia, please watch out. We will not return for sure. We will either book Hotel Croom a block away which includes use of public onsen or MyStay which is 2 blocks away and closer to the heart of the shopping area and they charge a lot less. We stayed in all 3 hotels. They have similar tiny rooms. I just won’t pick Keihan.

Quick and professional staff at the reception. Lots of good amenities to choose from by the elevatore. Room is bigger than usual. Very spa-like shower head where you can change the pressure. AC is controlled on the panel by the bed. Soft slippers in the room, and you can watch Youtube on TV. Totally enjoy my stay!

The Hotel is quite new. The room is not that spacious but bed is good and i like the orientation of the room.My problem with this hotel is its far from the train station. You have to walk a lot to reach the hotel. Now if your are ok walking this is fine because theres a lot of resto nearby. But if you have small kids i dont recommend this. Unless you ride an uber from Nagoya Station coming from the airport.

Great variety of amenities provided in the lobby, and room is good. They also offer washing machine for 600 yen, which helps with our laundry management throughout our trip. Located in a decently nice place as well, just a 5-8mins walk to the nearest train station, and its near Odori Park as well. They provide 1L of water daily as well.
