Soooo clean and daily cleaning is perfectly well done. Compared to its price, this hotel has really really good value. When I checked out, the receptionist said she likes Korean food but it is spicy. I don't know her name but she is tall and very pretty (Don't missunderstand , I am also woman😅) She was sooo kind . 😇 When I came back to the hotel for my luggage, she also welcomed me. Thank you so much~~ I had 'not spicy Korean food' , I could give it to her but I couldn't think about it that time. I am sorry 😢 Thank you for your kindness and when you come to Korea, I hope you can find 'not spicy delicious Korean food' 😊

Staff were super friendly and helpful. We booked a smoking room by accident, and they helped us figure out a solution and housed us in a non-smoking room at no extra cost. The room itself was a bit old and not very well maintained, with a torn rug, for example. But overall, we had a pleasant stay.

The room was spacious relative to other hotels in Japan. Everything was in good order. We liked the location, close enough to shopping and restaurants but far enough that it wasn’t noisey.

We really loved our stay at Hotel Trusty! Originally we weren't even going to stay here, we had booked somewhere else. But while on the trip we realized we wanted to cut out one of the cities we were planning on going to in order to stay in Nagoya one more night and luckily Hotel Trusty was available for all three nights. What a pleasant surprise it was. All of the staff here were very friendly and helpful. They were nice enough to upgrade our room to a higher floor for us when they found out we were on our honeymoon, and the room ended up having a decent view. The hotel staff were nice enough to put our luggage in our room when it was ready, after we dropped our luggage off to store so we could start exploring the city. The room itself was quite clean and very comfortable. The bathroom had both a shower and a tub which came in handy for us as we had been doing a lot of walking and using the tub for a soak was very relaxing. The hotel was also so nice to keep giving us replacement towels and supplies every night. We typically don't like wasting things so we just kept them in the bag, but we appreciated the gesture. All of the toiletries we would need were conveniently located in our room as well. Location wise you're minutes from Sakae. You're also less than a 10 minute walk from Fushimi station which gives you access to the subway network. We found it super easy to navigate to everywhere we wanted to go from the hotel. I definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a reasonably priced accommodation in Nagoya!

We booked four rooms for our big family, and here’s our honest review—this hotel truly surprised us in the best way! We had a wonderful stay in Nagoya. The location in Sakae was perfect: a quiet spot for peace and comfort, yet just steps away from the lively area filled with bars, restaurants, and shops. GU, Uniqlo, Donki, and many more stores were within walking distance, and the best part—7/11 and Family Mart were literally just downstairs. The rooms were impressively spacious for Japan standards, making our stay extra comfortable. The staff were fantastic—so helpful and kind—and they even provided a cot for our baby, which we really appreciated. The lobby is on the second floor, but it wasn’t an issue at all since the staff can easily reverse the escalator direction if needed. Overall, a great stay and a wonderful experience. We’ll definitely be back!

Excellent hotel with great rooms and even more amazingly helpful staff. Close to Fushimi station, which is 3 minutes from Nagoya station. The staff even reversed the direction of the escalator when we departed with suitcases!

I have always considered Japan to be a friendly and welcoming country, but this experience with your hotel has been extremely disappointing. I expected that a hotel committed to integrity would proactively notify guests if any belongings were left behind in the room. Unfortunately, the way this situation was handled and the attitude shown were unacceptable and deeply frustrating.

This is the most awful room I have ever stayed in during my trips to Japan. I’ve visited Japan and stayed in more than 50 different hotels, but this one is truly disappointing. When I first arrived at this hotel, the lobby was on the second floor, but the escalator was under maintenance, so I had to carry my luggage and climb the stairs. After checking into my room, my wife and I immediately noticed a strong smell of cigarette smoke, even though I had booked a non-smoking room. I reported it to the front desk staff right away, but they couldn’t speak English, so we had to communicate through a translation app. Unfortunately, they didn’t do anything to fix the issue. Another problem is that this hotel only provides two bottles of water per day. There’s no water dispenser, and they refused to offer me any extra water.
