Highly satisfied. The rooms are compact but clean, tidy, and comfortable, perfectly meeting the expectations for a business hotel. The breakfast buffet offers great value, including essentials like coffee, toast, and rice, along with a dozen side dishes that varied during my three-day stay. The complimentary self-service drinks available in the dining area until evening are a nice touch. The hotel is well-managed with three efficient elevators and courteous staff. Location-wise, it’s a convenient 800m walk from the station (mostly underground) and just two blocks away from a major AEON MALL.

It’s not right in front of the station (lol). You do have to walk a bit. The room was quite small, and as others have mentioned in their reviews, there were hairs left in places like the bathroom, the headboard, and under the TV. I wish the cleaning had been done more carefully. On the plus side, there are three elevators, so you don’t have to wait long, and they offer hair irons for rent. It wasn’t listed on Booking.com, so I wasn’t expecting it, but when I asked at the reception, they lent me one (of course, quantities are limited). The amenities are well stocked, which is what you’d expect from a chain hotel. Breakfast is buffet-style, and since you can eat quickly, it was helpful on a busy morning.

Room price includes breakfast, while the options are limited, the taste and quality is good. Love the curry and it's soft scrambled egg. Room size I booked is typical Japanese business hotel size, which is compact. Location is like 5-10 mins to Nagoya station, 5 mins to Aeon Mall, and 15 mins to Toyota Commemorative Museum (all in walking distance). Also they have supplementary coffee and soft drinks throughout the day at the breakfast hall until 11pm. You can heat up your food as there is a microwave there. A good hangout place with friends for night snack before hitting the bed.

This hotel is convenient to get to and from Nagoya Station. Being there in the summer, it was very hot, so it was nice to have an underground passage to walk in to get to the station (the underground walkway has an entrance/exit across the street from the hotel). The room was small as expected, but clean and decorated nicely. They provide free coffee, tea, and soup from noon until midnight, which was good. The only negative thing was the breakfast that is provided as part of the room deal. I went down three times, and it was so full of people that I could not get a seat. Also, guests were filling drink bottles, so it was difficult even to get a drink. The food looked pretty standard fare – bulk sausages, salad, and buns, pre-made scrambled eggs, and rice. It would have been fine if I could have had a seat, but it was definitely not worth waiting for. I ended up going to Starbucks and buying something instead. Other than breakfast, I was happy with this hotel, so would stay there again if need in a place close to Nagoya Station that is reasonably priced.

I stayed at Meitetsu Inn Nagoyaekimae and found it very comfortable overall. The room felt clean and relaxing, and I appreciated the thoughtful little touches, especially the free warming eye masks that came with the towels. Breakfast was also a nice start to the day, with a home-style feel that made it easy to settle in. The staff left a very good impression too.

About 10 mins walk from Nagoya station. There’s a convenient store nearby. Clean room. Variety of food at breakfast buffet including curry and red bean toast(which Nagoya is famous for)

In Japan this falls under the "business hotel" category, meaning smaller rooms and simple breakfast catered for short term business travellers and typically not longer term vacationing. So as a foreigner don't expect 5 star hotel rooms. But! For this price range I was pleasantly surprised of the relatively new bathrooms and very good breakfast. Breakfast had rice, bread, pasta, curry, coffee, etc. Because of a family emergency I had to find a hotel to sleep with my small kid, and was pleased to notice that small kids sleep for free in the same bed. The room I stayed at had an office chair and fast wifi, so I was able to work well during my stay too. Bus terminal and trains are close to the hotel. Friendly staff. Thank you!

The room was clean and comfy. Staff were really nice and friendly. Enjoyed the buffet breakfast as well, like homecooked food, very comforting. And I love that they provided a warming eye mask free of charge everyday! It came with the towels. Excellent service!
