Really great location with walking distance to train stations, shopping areas and restaurants. Staff are pretty nice and helpful. I found a couple of bugs, including one on my bed sheets. I showed a staff member at the front desk and she was quick to help me. She couldn’t move me to a new room, due to booked up rooms, but she was able to help grab new sheets and try to make the bed for me. Despite her being just front desk staff, I appreciate her willingness to help me feel comfortable in my room and try to make the bed for me.

This is easily one of my best hotel finds in Nagoya! Nishitetsu Hotel Croom Nagoya is conveniently located right in front of Hisaya-odori Station, making getting around super easy. Here is why I loved my stay: Room Setup: They offer a variety of room types. I chose the shower-type room, which includes a window and has the sink located outside the bathroom—perfect for getting ready and doing makeup. Public Bath: I didn't even use the room shower once because they have a fantastic public onsen on-site! Breakfast: Minimalist but super complete with high-quality options, including Western toast, Japanese dishes, a coffee machine, and even local Hitsumabushi (grilled eel). Everything was delicious. The Only Downside: One male staff member at the front desk spoke no English at all. While I understand English isn't everyone's first language, hotel staff are expected to handle basic communication. I was asking about precise details for luggage forwarding to Nagoya Station, but instead of using a translation app on his phone, he just stood there looking confused and making hand gestures. The complete lack of effort to communicate was pretty weird and frustrating, especially for time-sensitive logistics. Overall, it's still a great hotel, but hopefully, their lobby service consistency improves!

We spent two nights at the hotel in April and had an exceptional experience. The front desk staff were consistently courteous and professional, and the check-in process was both quick and seamless. We were warmly greeted each time we passed through the lobby, which added a welcoming touch to our stay. The guest room was spacious, quiet, and thoughtfully appointed, with a comfortable pajama set provided for guests' use. I highly recommend visiting the hotel's public bath on the 14th floor, which features a large indoor hot water pool as well as two smaller outdoor pools located on the rooftop. The facilities provided a perfect opportunity to relax and rejuvenate after a day of sightseeing. The hotel enjoys a highly convenient location adjacent to Exit 4 of Hisayaodori Station and a nearby 7-Eleven, offering easy access to a wide range of necessities for travelers. Furthermore, a lively restaurant district is situated just a short walk away on Isemachi-dori, providing an excellent selection of dining options.

The room we stayed in was a bit tight. But I think it's pretty standard for Japan. The location was handy, close to many restaurants, bars, and nearby stations. There's an "entertainment area" right around the corner with hostess bars and after work salary men crowds. Perfectly safe for adults but prob not so family friendly for young children. Breakfast was yummy too.

The location is fantastic—close to all the shopping centers, with convenient public transport and a convenience store right next door. What I loved most was that every amenity and toiletry was fully provided, including clothes for the public bath (Daiyokujo). You can literally just show up without packing much! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Being able to drop off my luggage early was a huge plus, and the 24-hour service made everything hassle-free. Also, the public bath stays open until 1 AM, which was the perfect way to unwind after a long day. I highly recommend this place!

Served more like a business hotel. Rooms were small but as expected. Although I think it is more suitable for single travelers. Positives- a good relaxing onsen (indoor and outdoor) at the top floor, slightly small but still great. Convenient and easy check in and check out. Lots of tourist information at reception. Negatives- our room had a heavy urine stench from the shower room and this really threw us off. Room also not as clean as expected. Bed not well made, and really small pillows provided … In all honesty, I did not find the stay as comfortable as other hotels I’ve been to. It is OK for the price we pay, sufficient if you’re just looking for a place to sleep, but I would seek other options if you prioritise comfort and relax.

Nicely located near exit 4 of Hisayadori station. However, that is a stairs only exit. Exits with elevator are further away. There's a 24 hours convenience store next to it . Hotel utilize auto check in with some manual effort still required. Checkout are fully automated with the machines. Overall a nice hotel to stay and near the Sakae shopping area.

This is nice hotel but the rooms are tiny. If you are an international tourist with luggage’s you have to be strategic to arrange your luggage. No closets. No clothing drawers. The bidet is very nice. We love it. The onsen is to die for. We go everyday. It’s good for your health, I’ve heard. The breakfast has eels, noodles, rice, smoothies and other Japanese goodies. Don’t expect North American food. It’s around 1800¥ each. It’s worth it. Amenities like shampoo conditioner body wash hand wash are of good quality. They don’t provide face lotion toner and fast wash like other hotels. Buy in Nagoya. There are many 7/11, Lawson and family mart close by that open 24 hours. Good food there. There’s a matsuya around the corner that offers cheap beef bowl. Central Park station is right there. Go underground at the station there are lots of eateries and pharmacies. It’s 15 minutes walk from Donkie and Seria. Do convenient. Service is excellent. One thing to note- eating is not allowed in lobby. I’ll stay there again.
