The room was spotlessly clean in every corner, and the bathroom was also clean. It was well-equipped with all necessary amenities, and the air conditioning worked great. However, the room was small and lacked sufficient space for luggage. The hotel is conveniently located not far from Nagoya Station, making it easy to get around.

We had a fantastic stay at Sotetsu Fresa Inn Nagoya Station Shinkansen. Location can’t be better if constantly travelling by train or public transport. The staff was always friendly, and in particular a big thanks to Ms Takeuchi, as she helped us track a lost piece of luggage and ensure its return. The breakfast was enjoyable. The facilities are clean and well kept making the time we spent at the hotel a fond memory. We will stay here again if visiting Nagoya.

The room is nice. What I like the most is the room service hours. I think it's around 10am-2pm. It's convenient for us because we're not really morning persons. We usually go out around 11am or 12nn. It's a quite a distance from the station, but not that far though. There's few convenient stores nearby. If you're an anime lover, few anime shops nearby.

The staffs are super friendly and helpful. We mistakenly reserved one of the rooms in our booking at another hotel which is under the same group with similar names. One of the staff quickly helped us to contact the staff at the other hotel and said they can provide full refund service for cancelling the room at the other hotel, which as for what I know, is quite unusual in Japan (for providing a refund). We immediately booked another room at this hotel on the spot, the price was very affordable, especially since the Golden Week holiday in Japan is coming right up. The room I stayed in was spacious enough for three guests. The mattress and pillow are comfy as well. As for the location, it is just a few minutes away from the Nagoya station and the entrance of the hotel is easy to find too. If you are looking for a hotel around Nagoya Station, I highly recommend this hotel. I would like to write one more paragraph just to appreciate how helpful the staff is. There were three staff helping us on 27/April's evening to arrange the mistakenly reserved room at another Sotetsu Fresa Inn. We sincerely appreciate your help. Thank you so much!

great location where nearby the train station and mall. Clean and modern room. The toilet also clean and enough for 1 person. Spacious enough for one two person.

L - location - easy access - transportation, walkable, surrounding areas * 5 min walk to shinkansen entrance of Nagoya station, 7 min walk to meitetsu bus terminal and ESCA undergriound mall nearest entrance about 3 mins away. U - uniqueness - what sets the hotel apart from others Felt a bit outdated but is very clean! Unique because you can get your own sleepwear in the lobby of your floor. S - service - lobby staff and cleaners * cleaners are well groomed, front desk people are like robots. Their emotions are weirdly neutral. T - thoughtfulness - amenities, toiletries , creature comforts etc.... Amenity wise, no onsen, no gym but this hotel is our top pick when it comes to toiletries! Face mask, hair mask, toothbrush, hair wax, hair iron, desk lamp, coffee , tea name it! All you need is available at the lobby. Just take what you need. Their special advertisement for their water is the sou bi sui, all the water in this hotel ran through this purification system so they said it is safe to drink and clean for shower use. Fridge is very small just like at daiwa roynett, when you buy a small tub of ice cream, you have to finish it because the fridge does not have a freezer! If there will be one major turnoff foe this hotel, it would be their bed frame. The bed is good but the bedframe is being held by 4 post that is wobbly. We don't know if this is an isolated case but I'am writing this based from what we experienced.
