I stayed at Best Western Meridian Plus Hotel for 5 days during my Hajj holiday with my friend, and we had a wonderful experience. Upon arrival, we immediately felt safe and secure because all luggage is screened through an X-ray machine before entering the hotel. This security measure gave us peace of mind as tourists. We were warmly welcomed by the hotel staff and offered a refreshing welcome drink, which was a very nice touch. I would especially like to thank Patrick for his outstanding Kenyan hospitality. He was friendly, professional, and made us feel truly welcome throughout our stay. The room was excellent—very clean, comfortable, safe, and quiet despite the hotel’s central location in Nairobi. The hotel is conveniently located near the city center and the City Market, where visitors can find affordable souvenirs and local products. Overall, our stay exceeded our expectations. If I visit Kenya again in the future, I will definitely choose Best Western Meridian Plus Hotel once more. Highly recommended for both tourists and business travelers looking for comfort, safety, and excellent service. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly recommended!

This was a really nice hotel in Nairobi. The room was spacious and the bed comfy. The shower and bathroom was also ok. I also think that the breakfast was good and i think that all the people who are working at the hotel are doing their very best. The best with the hotel is the seventh floor with outdoor area and the pool. I really enjoyed this area of the hotel. I did not like the location of the hotel, cause i like to walk when i am visiting a new city, and this was not the part of town for walking. To much traffic, pollution and people begging for money.

My stay at the Meridian Hotel was nothing short of amazing. From the moment.I arrived, the hospitality was flawless every staff member i encountered was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. I want to give a special shout-out to patrick and Florence🙏. Patrick welcomed and i felt like i have been welcome in a home and not a hotel. Their exceptional service and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. They went out of their way to make my time there incredible and the absolute highlight was when they surprised me by singing "Happy birthday". It was such a warm personalized touch that set the hotel apart. Thank you to the whole team that made my birthday stay so special❤️

Very nice hotel with a beautiful courtyard inside, true African athmosphere. Great restaurant onsite, I had amazing dinners here. Perfect location, right in the Central Business District (CBD). They also helped me book a guided group tour to the Nairobi National Park.

This is a really nice hotel in the Commercial Business District. The best thing about here is the breakfast which has a really nice spread including an egg station, beef/chicken sausages, and pancakes. I also used the gym frequently where they provided towels and water. Everyone was always so friendly. While it is centrally located, it’s not the safest neighborhood at night - during the day it seemed fine (but you must always take care of your phone). We didn’t mind it because we were always out and when we came back to the hotel, we never left again each night.

Had a wonderful stay here. The manager Patrick was amazing and welcoming! Made sure everything was to our comfort. We could always see him tending to guests with such a great Spirit about him. The service was a 10. Even the lovely Maureen checked on Us to see how we we were enjoying and if we needed anything. I travel often so customer service is always important to me andd my family. The beds were super soft and comfy. The rooms chill and cold. The shower 🚿 nice and hot. The rooftop view amazing! Breakfast awesome. Really appreciated. If you need a stay over in Nairobi...this is a great hotel.

The staff is great and very accommodating. The rooms are okay but we had problems with the air conditioners in 2 of the 3 rooms we stayed in, as o sleeping was not good. The restaurant was fair with breakfast being the best. I would highly recommend getting a massage at the spa as they were some of the best I’ve received.
