Really nice place, quiet location, very peaceful. The staff is really helpful, they went of their way to help me out with many things since I was new to Nairobi. The rooms are very clean and the cleaning staff really does a good job.

Very nice, but not recomended if you can't go up and down stairs. Needs to some have walkways redone, some very tricky paths to get to the rooms. Excellent swimming pool, heated, but slippery around the edges. Food was good. Room need a good clean, and a.c or 2 fans, but, otherwise very nice.

We checked into this property expecting a normal stay, but the room assigned to us had visible black mold covering portions of the bathroom ceiling. The room also had dirty throw rugs that appeared unsanitary. Additionally, the room did not include air conditioning, and we were told we would need to pay extra to move to a room with AC, which was not disclosed when booking. Because of the mold and unsanitary conditions, we checked out the following morning. I have documented photos of the bathroom ceiling showing the mold. Unfortunately the property refused to issue a refund even after these issues were reported.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Hotel.On the first night, we were Taken to a clean room and told that Our actual room was still being prepared , and i booked Three weeks before. later we were moved to a dirty , unkempt room with a tiny bed that was suppossed to accommodate three people .we were treated poorly in Our own Country , and when we complained , no one bothered to Respond,and my daughter was very sick with fever .The Management is extremely unprofessional .when i decided to change Hotels,they refused to refund my money claming it was non- refundable .It has now been almost six Month and i still haven't received my 800 euro absolutely unaccetable. When you hear this Hotel just run away!!! ( nur verarschen und geld abzocke) Achtung alles wenn ihr dort buchen. Ich empfehlen euch nicht dort was buchen und unverschämt von ganze Personal .😡😡

Great hospitality service, great foods and staff service. If you are looking for a reasonable price suites, good alacarte menu and great hotel service, you might consider it.

When i decided to change hotel, they refused to refund my money, claning it was non-refundabel. It has now been almost six months, and I still havent received my 800 euros. Absolutely unacceptable.

The service is terrible. We got there early to order breakfast and waited for around an hour for our food. The food was not what we ordered and we saw other families getting served before us. I ordered eggs, mushrooms, and oatmeal and got spinach, sweet potato, eggs, and a strange purple soup with the consistency of vomit. Additionally, there is only one person in the kitchen. The rooms were also dirty with no hot water and they sent someone up to turn the power on a few hours after we asked so we couldn’t charge our devices.
