We spent a night for my birthday here. Everybody was lovely and when they learnt it was my birthday they sent cake to the room, a complimentary wine bottle and eventually a room upgrade to a suite for us😊|The location is close to Westlands and the Village Market, it’s quiet and the rooms are clean, beautiful and comfortable. We felt right at home. |All the staff are professional and the service is excellent. I would stay again in a heartbeat. We cannot recall the names of everyone who assisted us but across the board, the customer service was commendable. Maxwell ushered us in and was very attentive till the very end.

I booked two nights here for the end of September, unfortunately due to some flight changes and the fact my booking is non refundable I can only spend a mere 6 hours here. Booking and communication has been through a third party and I understand the terms and conditions. I politely asked if it was possible because this has cost me over $500aud if a shuttle to and from the airport and a possible meal voucher could be included. Yvonne who works in reception said no. Not only that but even though I check in at 7am I'm not entitled to my breakfast and it's included in my booking. Absolutely pathetic hotel and service. I won't even bother showing up to the hotel. I'll get better quality elsewhere. Paying a further $120aud for a return shuttle from the airport is insane. I'm not staying overnight and for the booking of two nights you'd think a breakfast could be accommodated on my check in, it's really not asking much. In terms of what the hotel could do to make my stay more comfortable, the last email sent to Qantas shut down any further communication on how you could make my stay better. Driving 40 minutes to stay here even though I paid for two nights, in the hope that you could at least gift me with a meal just ain't worth my trouble. Should I ever return to Nairobi I definitely won't be going anywhere near The Hilton. $506aud wasted because the hotel is too greedy to give a bloke a beer and plate of food.

This is my go to hotel when I want Luxury in Nairobi! The staff all around are exceptional from Christine at the main restaurant who listen to me share being turned away from the rooftop restaurant for being solo. After I returned to my room feeling defeated within 15 minutes I received a call from Evans the rooftop restaurant manager who apologized for my experience. He asked me to come back to the restaurant, which I did. I had a wonderful solo dinner with great drinks and an extremely attentive staff. I never felt alone! That's a 5 star experience. Thank you Christine for making Evans aware and ensuring that my stay was exceptional. The house keeping and room service staff are super great and kind. Every time I come to Nairobi I stay at Kwetu for at least 2 nights because it's been a true five star experience every time! Hilton y'all got that old school Walt Disney World customer service. The best of the best in Nairobi😎🌹

This hotel was amazing. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed with everything. I loved the decor, the facilities and most importantly the professionalism of the staff.John at reception was fantastic, he recognised I was a silver member and had macaroons and chocolates out in my room. Nick in concierge was also great, they went over and beyond to help me.The rooms were a dream, the beds very comfortable, decor to dream of and a vide range of TV channels. Housekeeping brought a coffee homemade face scrub which was wonderful and made my skin feel so smooth. The roof top bar and restaurant is a must; the ambience, food, drinks and views are all top rated. This is my favourite Hilton I've been to.

I have nothing but gratitude for this hotel. They made our stay so comfortable and memorable. The rooms are modern, well designed and very comfortable. We felt so at home. Being around the forest means you have some wonderful greenery outside too. You also get a complimentary entrance and transport to Karura forest which was gorgeous! The meko restaurant was actually really good - I’m not usually a fan of hotel restaurants but this one was good quality and service was also great. Lots of breakfast options, full of healthy and nutritious varieties and good coffee. What makes this place so special is the staff, everyone from the security guards who kept us safe, the reception staff, restaurant and grounds staff were all so friendly and couldn’t be more helpful. A special shout out to Anthony and Maxwell who always put a smile on our faces. The gym is also decent for a hotel gym… new equipment and there’s enough to get a decent workout.

If you’re looking for a date night or group dinner spot with a sleek, “clean” aesthetic and relaxing slow jazz in the background, this is definitely worth a try. Let's start by the booking experience, Booking online was effortless,it took less than a minute with instant confirmation, which was a huge plus. The Peponi Road location is good , you'll definitely not tell you are in the city. Pricing ,drinks are very reasonably priced compared to other spots in the area. We loved the versatile seating options as well especially the poolside area, which stayed surprisingly comfortable despite being outdoors at night. The food was good overall, with the chicken breast soup being the absolute standout(highly recommended) A big shout-out to Mary, who took amazing care of us all evening and made the service a strong 5/5. With its great vibe and pricing, Meko delivered a solid, polished experience for our romantic night

Fantastic stay at Kwetu. The hotel is beautiful, our room was amazing with a stunning view over the greenery, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They were also very accommodating in allowing us to check in early after our morning arrival, which was hugely appreciated. Breakfast was excellent — particularly loved the make-your-own juice bar and immunity shots. We also had some amazing signature cocktails at the lovely Upepo restaurant overlooking the treetops. Exceptional value for the quality of the hotel and service. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel is well located… scenic, relaxing oasis in the city of Nairobi. |The rooms are beautiful and have a zen and warm feel. |The staff are the most amazing people so warm, helpful from the security at the gate and the entrance to olive and Steve at reception who made the experience for our attendees that much more pleasant. To Imelda at meko restaurant who greets you with a smile and how can we review without thanking Milton who was our point of contact all through the workshops, and eating experiences… he is so good at enhancing the guest experience.|Kwetu, thank you so much and see you soon.
