A very pleasant stay at Novotel Nairobi Westlands. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a generously sized bathroom and shower. The shower deserves a special mention — consistently hot water with excellent water pressure, which is always appreciated when travelling. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The hotel also has a good selection of dining options, including Italian and Indian restaurants, as well as a café serving genuinely good coffee. The hotel seems to be quite popular for local business events and gatherings, so there is often a lively atmosphere around the common areas. Overall, a comfortable and well-equipped hotel with spacious rooms, good facilities and friendly service. I would happily stay here again.

I had a really good experience staying at Novotel Nairobi Westlands. The hotel has a warm, modern feel from the moment you walk in, the artwork everywhere, from the lobby to the hallways and even the meeting spaces, really gives the place personality. It doesn’t feel generic at all, which I loved. The rooms are well-designed and comfortable, with a layout that makes the space feel bigger and more relaxing. I especially liked how the seating area is set up, it’s great for unwinding after a long day. I also got to use their conference facilities, and I really appreciated the creativity that went into the setup. The art pieces, the open layout, and even the bean-bag relaxation areas make it feel less stiff than most meeting rooms. It’s thoughtful and really helps with long workshop days. My only issue was with the Chui room door lock, which was a bit of a struggle at the time, hopefully that’s been fixed. Food-wise, I was impressed. The meals were consistently good, and there's clearly attention to detail in what they serve. The ambience in the dining areas is also really inviting. The location is another big plus, being in Westlands means everything you need is close by, yet the hotel still feels calm and peaceful.

Check in process was smooth , Danny and Ezekiel from reception were amazing thank you both for a seamless stay. Room was big and had a beautiful bathroom, I got an upgrade and was so grateful to enjoy the deluxe suite which was hugeee and beautiful views of Westlands. Ian the porter was amazing and helpful much appreciated. Breakfast was a lovely spread and they also have a Sunday brunch. Pool was nice and warm at the rooftop bar however it’s small regardless I will be back thanks to the entire team.

Located in the Heart of Westlands my friends and I went for a dinner party - Birthday. Our reservation was on point, sumptuous meals with an entertaining band. |Our waitress was good, can't remember her name. Chef came to check on us as well. I will strongly recommend Trunk & Tandoor restaurant

Dear, I had a very positive experience at Novotel Nairobi Westlands from arrival through departure. The reception team was outstanding especialy Ms Felister. As a member of Accor, I was pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade, which was a thoughtful gesture and set the tone for the stay. Check-in was smooth, efficient, and welcoming, and the same level of professionalism was evident during check-out. The staff throughout the hotel were consistently professional, courteous, and well presented, which contributed significantly to the overall experience. The hotel itself is very neat, tastefully decorated, and well-maintained. The environment is modern, calm, and visually appealing. My room was spacious, comfortable, and exceptionally clean, with a layout that made it easy to relax and work. From a business-travel perspective, the hotel provides a conducive environment for both rest and productivity, making it well-suited for executives and professionals. Overall, the experience was seamless, well-managed, and reflective of a high standard of hospitality. I would gladly stay again and recommend the hotel to others. Thank you to Stephen and Joseph for the warm welcome we really appreciate it. Not forgetting Abigail who waited on us. The food was exceptional on the first night although it failed to live up to the same standards the last night. It would be nice if the carpets were changed as they had some pretty nasty stains. An overall pleasant experience and would definitely visit again.
