1000/10 🥰 Truly home away from home. The hotel was one of major highlight of my trip to Nairobi. The environment is safe and secure, the staff are were helpful in every way we needed. Loved the room too, very spacious and always clean with balconies in both living and bedroom. I still think of the breakfast, it was so good and endless. Everything was fresh and yummy. Thank you to Yvonne, Mitch, everyone at front desk including the guys by the lobby entrance. Shout-out to the chefs, all the kitchen and restaurant staff. I can't wait to visit again.

Had a fantastic family experience at Radisson Blu’s Family Brunch. The food spread was amazing, with plenty of variety and delicious desserts that the kids loved. The swimming and kids’ activities were also a big highlight, especially having a swimming instructor who helped my 3.5-year-old. The ambience was great too. The only improvement would be adding more activities for older/mid-aged kids, such as gaming, table games or other age-appropriate activities beyond bouncing castles. Overall, an amazing experience and definitely worth recommending for a family day out!

Amazing Brunch, had lots of fun with my family 🥰 Mozart was amazing ⭐️ he kept checking in on us to see if we needed anything, and John was also very nice and prompt with serving us we truly enjoyed the Father’s Day brunch. Alice was also very helpful. The kids corner was amazing the magic show was soooo nice 😊 and the kids team was amazing too.

The president of Kenya live just opposite the hotel. You can have free access to Arboretum Park as hotel guest. The environment is quiet but when it comes weekends their Brunch at Firelake Restaurant is a must join for the fun and laughter.

I stayed here with my husband and our two children, and I couldn’t be more grateful! The service was absolutely wonderful. Everyone was LOVELY, always smiling and ready to help. I would especially like to highlight the amazing service from the ladies at breakfast. Unfortunately, I don’t remember their names, but I have to say that their energy and warm smiles could brighten anyone’s day. A truly wonderful place, without a doubt!

This is most likely the best hotel to stay at in Nairobi. From John the greeter to Malcolm the receptionist, the service is exceptional. We used the spa facilities which were well run and not overly expensive. The pool and pool side area is nicely done as the open air concept of the entire hotel. There is also the Arboretum just down the street which is a real treat. You get in for free with your hotel key card and we went there for a 3 km walk almost every day we were there. It is also a very safe and secure area which was very comforting and made our stay very relaxing. Room was huge and well appointed. Food service was also outstanding, breakfast in particular.
