Royal Tulip Canaan Nairobi was just as the pictures showed. The massage, the spa and everything was simply breathtaking and relaxing. The staff were very friendly and the hotel environment was truly lovely and warm. I would book this place again l.

I wasn’t in the hotel much during my stay as I was out for meetings but I enjoyed the service here. The staff were helpful and attentive to my needs. I only struggled a bit with the breakfast options as there were mostly asian. This is something to take note of when visiting as I didn’t see many universal breakfast options.

We had a wonderful overnight stay at Royal Canaan Nairobi Hotel. The location is excellent, close to major malls, convenience stores, and other amenities, yet tucked away in a safe and peaceful neighborhood. Despite being in a vibrant part of Nairobi, the rooms were remarkably quiet, making for a very restful stay.|The bed was comfortable, dinner was excellent, and the hospitality from both the front desk and restaurant staff was exceptional. A special thank you to Walston for going the extra mile to make our stay even more comfortable.|I would highly recommend Royal Canaan Nairobi Hotel to anyone in transit or looking for a peaceful stay with easy access to everything Nairobi has to offer.

Everyone (all of them; laundry, housekeeping, security, reception, fitness, spa, dining and kitchen) were very friendly, kind, patient and accommodating. They kept checking to see if my stay was comfortable. Breakfast Buffet was my highlight. The beds were comfortable.
