I would not recommend this hotel. The room looked nothing like the photos advertised online. It was old, dirty, poorly maintained, and extremely disappointing. The bathroom was in terrible condition. There was hair left in the shower, which clearly showed that it had not been cleaned properly, and the shower barely worked. I honestly felt uncomfortable even taking a shower. There was also no refrigerator in the room, which was unacceptable considering the extremely hot weather. We had also paid extra for breakfast, only to be told that we were only entitled to one croissant and one coffee. This was never made clear when booking and certainly was not worth the extra cost. When we raised our concerns, the receptionist was not very helpful or friendly. We were moved to another room, but it was in exactly the same poor condition. We were then told that there were no rooms available that looked like the ones shown in the booking photos, which is very misleading. After spending over 12 hours at the airport due to travel delays, arriving at a hotel in these conditions made our trip even more stressful. Unfortunately, we could not stay in a room like this and had no choice but to find and pay for another hotel. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The hotel does not match its advertised photos, the cleanliness and facilities are unacceptable, and the customer service was disappointing. I would strongly advise future guests to avoid this hotel.

When we arrived at the hotel we were told to pay the taxes, NOW!!! Ok we thought not a problem, the guy behind the desk could of been a little nicer. We made our way up to the room which was very basic, when we say basic the furniture was wobbly and full of cigarette burns!! The bed was clean enough but not a very well maintained bed. The bathroom was very dirty, the shower was so small it was hard to move around, it was dirty and leaked, a lot. The hairdryer was hanging off the wall, the curtains and curtain pole fell down when we closed the curtains. We had no safe in the room but we could put our money in a safe deposit box at reception. The breakfast that was advertised as a buffet breakfast free with the room, was actually in the bar next door and was only a coffee and croissant. |After we spoke to the non English speaking desk clerk, he told us he had just got back from his holiday and couldn't deal with what we were telling him!!!|In total I wouldn't recommend this hotel it was very poor!!!

Fortunately, I never got the chance to stay here due to personal circumstances. I later realized my cancellation hadn’t gone through on the booking app, so I called simply to have it cancelled. I wasn’t asking for a refund just for the booking to be cancelled. The person who first answered the phone was polite and respectful. However, once he involved the manager the experience changed completely. Rather than listening to what I was actually saying the manager repeatedly interrupted me, ignored my attempts to explain the reason for my call and seemed more interested in talking over me than resolving a very straightforward request. After finally managing to explain that I wasn’t seeking a refund, the call was abruptly ended. While I can’t comment on the rooms or the property itself since I never stayed there if this is how a simple phone enquiry is handled, it speaks on the level of customer service a guest who wants to stay there can expect. Simply rude and purely interested in anything but the actual guest. Make of that what you will.

I was a bit adamant about booking a room in this hotel after reading some of the negative reviews. However, I decided to book anyways and I'm glad I did. The hotel is within walking-distance from the city centre and the train station, which is great. The room was spacious enough and it even had a minifridge, which came in handy. The afternoon hotel clerk is super helpful and polite. Breakfast is served in the cafeteria next door and it is good enough (hot beverage + pastry).

I stayed here for a week and it was pretty nice. Pros: - room is small and cozy - multiple lighting setups - free wifi - free breakfast - bathroom has a bidet - staff clean, re-organise and give you new towels/amenities daily - configurable and working AC - sufficient storage for clothes and misc stuff Cons: - only one outlet - people can be loud outside of the building - small TV and restrictive channels - bathroom makes a loud sound when lights are initially turned on

After reading the reviews, was reluctant to use this hotel but as therefore limited all inclusive hotels in the area, decided to stay put. |Room- 2 widows that you couldn't see out. Like prison. The most depressing room EVER!!!!|Food- so many complaints about the food being cold, and still nothing done. Dreadful food. |Noise- scraping of chairs etc all night. Beds rock hard.

A good, clean 3-star hotel in Italy. The room is quiet and tidy, and the staff is friendly and helpful. However, keep in mind that there is no kettle, fridge, or safe in the room. The Wi-Fi is average – it’s generally fine for calls and watching videos, but it can occasionally disconnect.Breakfast is basic: just coffee and a pastry. Overall, a decent option if you’re looking for a simple and peaceful place to stay.
