Extremely good value for money. Dab smack in the middle of everything you want to do in the city center, and a 5 minute walk from the station. Rooms facing street are very noisy because there are no real windows. It means you get the full Napoli experience with honking around the clock. Didn't take long for both us and the children to get used to it though. Hotel is clean and stylish. Bathroom a bit dated and worn. Breakfast is typical Italian - good coffee, toast and sweets. Staff are super friendly and helpful. All in all a very good stay, would book again.

Hotel is a 3 star for a reason. Needs updating, musty smell in room, old fashioned furniture, shower cubicle small & falling apart. Breakfast was poor, chairs with bits missing & tv was so small & no English speaking channels. Area was noisy but had a back room so slightly better. 1 pillow was bit hard. Safe in room didn't work & had to hand key into reception everytime went out. Slightly dodgy but all was ok. There are positives. Location is excellent for Metro & station. Lots of shops & restaurants nearby & the station has a food court. Be VERY careful crossing the roads, they will not stop! Staff were friendly & helpful in hotel. If you want a cheap base this is a good hotel if out most of the day.

Perfect location if you need to be close to the train station. If you desire a quiet room go further in the historic centre. Rooms are ok, slightly aged but considering the state of the whole city it is not too bad. Breakfast was good (continental). The staff is friendly and helpful. You can store your bags for free if you wish.

This is a traditional Neopolitan hotel close to the central station and transport hub . Eateries for all budgets closeby for all budgets.The Hotel itself is Beaux Arts with a timeless quality and friendly staff.

The Hotel is Great for 3/5 days Trip! Perfect central location literally 2mins from the main Central Station of Napoli. Its very clean and the rooms are big enough for sleep.. Its an old Hotel but a very efficient one! The people working there are very professional and kind.. So for explores who spend most of their time outside the Hotel its a great place.. If youre the typical stay indoors hotel 24/7 type of person then this is not for you..

I buy stay here because it was cheapest. I feel like I won a lotery. The best food I ever ate in restaurant next doors, convenience store and gelato across the street, Metro 1 and Metro 2 in 5 minutes, train station in 7, great breakfast and the front desk ... I have bothered them every day 5 times at least and every time just smiles and actual help and extra tips. I hope I will retun here soon 💖💘❤️🇮🇹🌶

The location was perfect for our city break. We did not find it too noisy, the only noise is the occasional car horn or siren. We all slept really well. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Some of the fixtures could do with being replaced but for a city break the hotel is ideal. Staff were really polite and helpful and the breakfast was perfect. Overall it’s a good value hotel with everything you need.

Absolute worst hotel i've ever stayed in. Shower didn't drain, so you had to turn the water off and on repeatedly.So you weren't standing in a pool. Not one staff member was friendly or helpful ever. Cut the stay short by 1 day from 2 days to one. Because it was so disgustingly dirty. Not a nice area of Naples at all - did rat on the street. Beds were horribly uncomfortable pillows lumpy. Don't stay here!!!!
