From what I can tell they had the hotel renovated, so to anyone looking at reviews, they are low due to the hotel before the reno. Compaired to all of our stays at italy this has been the best room, which is a breath of fresh air. We have stayed in Venice, Rome and Florence. It is renovated, clean, walls are sound/you dont hear much from the outside, bathroom is nice, there is almost no wear. Very nice rooms. They guy at front desk seemed nice but just the base nice, not customer service nice. The location just has a lot of immigrants, mostly black immigrants, which my man needs hair products and imma prolly stop at one of their stalls, but it does seem a little sketchy, so just be careful with valuables.

The Hotel Dei Millie is centrally located in Napoli, just a few hundred yards on side street close Piazza Garibaldi Station providing easy access to local amenities, shops, cafes, resturarants ideal location. The room was comfortable, clean and tidy, fresh towels provided daily. The mini fridge was free and topped up daily. It has a safe, tea coffee facility. The cost for 3 nights was good value booked through booking.com only few days before. The location is fairly quiet slept well, The room has plenty of usb charging points so no addtional travel adaptors required. Showers were clean and hot. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Modern and updated building compared to the older rustic buildings its surrounded by. A great base for exploring Pompei, Herculaneum and Mount Vesuvius, by train. Highly recommend this hotel.

The room is clean, the bed is comfortable. The breakfast time is from 7:00 am to 10 am. Make sure have breakfast early. I went at 8:15 am some items already out and I asked lady and she said no more. My room WiFi connection is not good. Sometimes no WiFi or constantly drops out.

It's been mentioned in other reviews about the location of the hotel. As two women travelling we never felt unsafe in the area around the hotel. Yes the street is a bit scruffy but it's similar to other cities we have been to in Europe, where the streets near the central station are in need of a bit of a clean. We didn't encounter any homeless people sleeping in the street as others have mentioned, even when leaving the hotel early in the morning to catch a train.|The hotel itself was very pleasant. We were greeted with enthusiasm by a lovely lady at reception. She chatted to us whilst we found our documents and wanted to know more about our bags as she was looking to buy one that fit airline restrictions. She originally said the room was not ready but we were welcome to use the toilets on the 1st floor, by the time we came back down she said the room had been made ready and we could check-in. The porter had already taken our bags to the room for us which was very considerate.|The hotel entrance was very clean and there was a seat opposite the reception desk. There are stairs up to the lift and the lift probably only accommodates one or two people. The room was huge and spotless. The soundproofing of the windows is very good as we were situated at the front and didn't hear any street noise.|We had one of the rooms with the large jacuzzi bath. This takes quite a long time to fill up. They provide you with robes, slippers and bath salts which is a nice touch. The jets were quite powerful although one of them seemed to only shoot out cold water. The shower had good water pressure and kept a constant temperature. |The bed was very large and comfortable and we had a good nights sleep. There is a desk and a fridge in the room as well as storage but only staying one night we did not use these.

Super convenient hotel, great for the city and the station - the station being good for getting to Pompeii and Herculaneum.Area around the station doesn’t feel the safest, but a lot of Naples is like that. Hotel is clean and staff are kind.

Very conviently located close to the station and links to the airport. Within touching distance of the main attractions. Good price, efficient and friendly staff and the option of breakfast. Really good to have a luggage storage facility.

The rooms were great quality and perfect. The staff were helpful and let us store our baggage while touring Napoli. Just be careful with the key, make sure to keep it in the placeholder because if you take it out all the lights will go out.

The hotel is located in a great location close to transportation like train and metro stations, and a 20 min walk to the busy food street in the Centro Storico. The rooms were modern and recently renovated and the air condition was great as it was very hot when we staying last week. The hotel staff could not have been any more helpful and the breakfast was pretty decent. The street where the hotel was located is a bit scruffy but never felt unsafe .
