My husband and I stayed three nights at this wonderful hotel located near the Naples Stadium. Although it's a bit far from the city center, it's easily accessible by two metro lines, a train, and taxis are very affordable. The staff was very attentive and friendly, especially Anna, who helped us with check-in and check-out. Breakfast offered a wide variety of sweet and savory options (the staff was very helpful). The spa was truly wonderful; we spent three hours enjoying the sauna, the pool, and the other facilities. I received a fantastic massage, but unfortunately, I don't remember the masseuse's name. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in Naples. The room cleanliness could be improved

For a quiet location away from the hub bub of the city centre this was perfect. It’s about 20 minutes to the centre by metro that is less than 5 minutes walk although one station does close early (3pm). |The hotel is very modern and very well appointed. |Our room was ready on arrival and our welcome was perfect - the bell boy swiftly took our bags from the taxi , check in was swift and we were given a mini tour to know where things were - a nice personal touch. |The pool is a calm oasis , chairs recline but they aren’t full sun loungers but they are very comfortable. The staff at the pool bar were so helpful , attentive and professional. Gaspare in the evening and Tsipara (apologies if I have misspelt your name) who even gave me recommendations of a pizzeria that was super! |The skybar at night was beautiful |Breakfast had everyone one could want and staff were very attentive. My only suggestion would be to have freshly squeezed juice as opposed to sweet juices. That is a small detail though! |Thank you for a perfect stay !

We had an amazing experience staying at LHP Napolki Palace&Spa. The service was outstanding, and every single member of the hotel staff was incredibly warm, friendly and helpful. Our room was brand new, spotlessly clean and comfortable. The location is brilliant with easy access to all transport links, getting around the city was hassle-free. A lovely little surprise: the front desk team treated us to a complimentary small bottle of drink upon arrival, such a thoughtful touch. Overall it was a flawless, wonderful stay and we would absolutely recommend this hotel to everyone.

Clean modern hotel with friendly staff and a good breakfast. The main drawbacks are the very small rooms and the location, which is not particularly central. Overall, a comfortable stay, but there are better options if space and convenience are priorities.

I had money stolen from me at this hotel (likely by Frederica). Other cons: Poor location. Tiny pool that closes at 6pm. Small rooms, no robes, no slippers. No welcome drink. Rude front desk staff. This is not a 5 star hotel. Pros: Breakfast was nice.

I was in Naples for work and leisure. I had my wife with me and the hotel fitted our needs perfectly. We could get to where we want and the neighborhood was fascinating for walks away from the usual tourist attractions.

Very disappointing hotel. Poor customer service, rude reception staff, dirty rooms, and unreasonable parking charges. The overall experience was far below expectations, and I decided to leave after only one day. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

One of the most disappointing hotel experiences I have ever had. I booked a Classic Room and was shocked by the poor condition of the room upon arrival. The room was not properly cleaned and did not meet even the basic standards I would expect from a hotel of this category. The overall quality was far below what was advertised. The customer service was extremely poor. The staff’s attitude toward guests was unacceptable, and the overall treatment was disrespectful and unprofessional. In particular, one of the reception ladies was rude, impolite, and showed no respect for guests, their cultures, or their traditions. What was even more shocking was the parking charge. Guests are expected to pay up to €120 for parking, which I consider excessive and unacceptable. In my opinion, charging hotel guests such an amount for parking is unreasonable and completely unjustified. The entire experience was so unpleasant that I decided to leave the hotel after only one day, despite originally planning to stay longer. I simply could not continue my stay due to the poor service, lack of cleanliness, and the overall negative experience. I travel frequently and stay in luxury hotels around the world, and I can honestly say that this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had. I would not return to this hotel and cannot recommend it to other travelers based on my personal experience.
