This place deserves all the praises. The rooms are big and spacious and so is the bathroom. The breakfast was great and the location is amazing (right in the heart of the city) But what really sets the difference apart on this place is the staff . From the moment we arrived Josephine was incredible helpful. She immediately offered us a map and showed us where to go and She recommended us the best pizza place ever. She was also extremely kind to let us do a late check out. And today we missed the breakfast window as we misunderstood (our fault) and arrived 15 mins later. Well, the staff did their best to still serve us breakfast and make us feel welcome. I’ve been to 5 star resorts where they wouldn’t break that rule. All in all a very solid choice to stay in Naples and I would gladly stay back here

As a tour guide, I stayed at Hotel Napolit'amo Medina with my group for one night, from September 28th to 29th, and we had a wonderful experience. A special thank you to Antonio at reception, who was exceptionally kind, professional, and helpful. When travelling with a group, good organization and support are extremely important, and Antonio made everything easy and smooth for us. His warm attitude and genuine hospitality really stood out. Great location, pleasant stay, and above all, excellent service. I would gladly return with another group.

My mom and I arrived at Hotel Napolit'amo Medina on a beautiful summer day looking forward to having an unforgettable time in Napoli. 🌞🩷 What we enjoyed here is an amazing fairy tale holiday! 🩷|We were welcomed by a very nice, helpful, smiling, cute young lady at the reception desk! So polite and lively, she let us know that our room was ready and provided all the information we needed about schedule, hotel, surroundings, good restaurants and the great places to visit! She gave us a map, marked the streets and also offered a list with lovely restaurants to go and enjoy great food at! 🍽️ Meeting her and beginning to get to know the hotel, meant a very beautiful start of our holiday! 🥰😍🩷|Our room was on the 5th floor and we enjoyed an amazing view of Piazza Municipio, the sea, Castel Nuovo and Palazzo Reale!!! It became our home away from home!!! 💞 Very clean (and it was kept perfectly clean and tidied by the professional, hard-working, polite staff who came every day)! They changed the towels, the linen and made the bed so, after spending the day out, we came back and found a welcoming, clean, perfect room! 😍|The breakfast is delicious and varied! You have a choice of pastry, eggs, bacon, sausages, vegetables, fresh fruit, milk, jam, coffee, dairy, juice that gives you a lot of energy for the day you begin. 🥳|It is very easy to get anywhere and everywhere in the city because the location is perfect! Within reach I might say of the most famous objectives you plan to discover! |I wish I could mention everybody in the team from Hotel Napolit'amo Medina (I do not know all the names)! They make you feel so welcome and comfortable, they are always there to give you the needed advice and help you with what you might need! Always smiling, polite, professional! Fortunately, I have kept one name in my mind: Antonio from the reception desk! We had lovely conversations and I told him about how much we love our time at Hotel Napolit'amo Medina and about our plans to return! Thank you with all our heart, Antonio, to you and to all your wonderful colleagues from Hotel Napolit'amo Medina! ☺️|My mom and I have already decided to come back and enjoy everything we discovered wonderful at this unforgettable hotel! The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the staff was always ready to help 24/7. The hotel is located in a very safe area of Naples — we never felt afraid or uncomfortable at any moment during our stay. It is also very close to the Alibus stop for the airport, and within walking distance of the city center. If I visit Naples again, I would definitely choose the same hotel.

It’s very well located, close to the harbour, the museums, Calle Toledo and other tourist attractions. The room was very comfortable and clean. You can get there from Naples Central Station by metro (15 minutes). Antonio, at reception, was very friendly and helpful. My room had a safe, but my friend’s room didn’t have one. There are lots of restaurants on Avenida Medina (on the corner by the hotel), The reception is on the third floor of the building and you need to use the intercom to gain entry but it’s no problem at all.

Excellent stay ! Super super friendly staff. Allowed us to check into our room 2 hours early. Rooms are extremely clean and comfortable. Includes breakfast in the mornings and such a big spread of food. Has everything you need. Really lovely experience and would definitely recommend staying here

After spending five super hot days in Ischia at the Terme Tritone hotel, we continued our vacation with three more days in Naples: at the Napolit’Amo Medina hotel. Our room on the fifth floor was very beautiful, the view from the balcony was great and the cleaning was really faultless.|The hotel’s location was great, close to everything. The entire hotel staff gets an 11 + on the scale 1 -10 from the Aerotarvelling couple!

Good location, very basic for the price. The room was worn out and a bit outdated, also very dusty. Also, no air-conditioning was available on a hot day, the staff tried to help with a fan but that wasn't enough. Breakfast was OK.
