We traveled into Nashville from Colorado for a concert, and decided to stay overnight afterwards. I have to admit that the staff was awesome in checking us in. Our receptionist, Anna, was very helpful and even gave suggestions to where we could eat or go visit while we stayed in Nashville for the evening. Our stay was extremely comfortable. Our room was extremely clean and service was incredibly awesome. We were a party of 4, but there were only 3 towels in our bathroom, and upon request, the front desk personal (again Anna) was happy to give us another towel to accommodate all guest. Something so small and simple, made a difference for us. Breakfast in the morning is what's to be expected as far as conventional breakfasts go, but it was really good and really fresh, and for the amount of guests in the building, THERE WAS MORE THAN PLENTY of food. (Personal plus for me. 😉) Whenever we come back into Nashville, we'll definitely be staying here again.

We stayed here for 4 nights at the end of April. The woman who checked us in at reception was really nice. Our room was a great size and clean. Breakfast was included, there was a selection of hot and cold food. It did run low very quickly and sometimes took a while to be replenished. The hotel was a short taxi ride away from Broadway and cost about 15 dollars.

I want to start by saying the woman at the front desk was very kind and welcoming. Unfortunately, that was the only positive part of my experience. My room door did not lock, which is a serious safety issue, especially as a young woman traveling alone. Maintenance said it was fixed, but it still did not lock when I returned. The room also had a very strong, unpleasant smell that hit immediately when I walked in. I also saw a notice in the elevator about a “ladybug” situation, which added to my concerns about the overall condition and cleanliness. I did not feel safe staying there and ended up leaving and driving six hours home in the middle of the night. I did not ask for a refund due to their no-refund policy. I just wanted to get somewhere safe. I would not recommend staying here, especially if you are traveling alone.

My family loved this hotel. It was the highlight of our trip. Amazing breakfast, very comfortable room, so much space, free parking protected by using your room key to gain access and far enough away from downtown to not deal with the traffic, but close to everything. We would definitely stay here again.

The staff were all friendly. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good, with several different options. The only elevator was not working, so we had to climb 5 flights of stairs to get to our room. Our room faced the interstate and had absolutely no soundproofing. We heard traffic all night long and it was right outside our window. Needless to say, a good night’s sleep was not had. I would definitely recommend asking for a room that faces away from the interstate if you want to sleep.

The staff was amazing. I would stay there again just because of that.The rooms were very outdated. Wifi was terrible. Beds were hard. There was no sound proofing of the rooms. It was very loud at times.

Older hotel with a mostly good renovation. Daytime staff was great. Night time staff, not so much. Our issues are: water pressure in the shower is Horrible. Pray no one flushes or washes their hands in any other room while you're in the shower. Also we asked for an accessible room. Everyone we've had always has a flat or roll in shower. Not here. Rooms are clean. Beds are firm.
