We stayed here for 1 night. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the massage chairs in the lobby were great. Staff was helpful and polite. Jeff at the omlette station and the lady that runs the kitchen at breakfast time are both very hardworking and doing an excellent job. Well maintained property. No complaints 👍🏼

Considered giving a 2 star but the lack of security in the parking lot is just too bad. Truck behind me had their windows smashed in and nobody noticed it. Personally, my A/C was busted and didn't work. Hotel smelled wack and so did the room. Room had a clean appearance at first but wasn't cleaned very well. I can say the staff was nice at least but nothing out of the ordinary for me to note. Shower head was horrible too. The area its in doesnt look bad but I was told even before the truck incident that the area wasn't exactly trustworthy. Just spend the extra money elsewhere. Not worth it

I don’t usually stay at Best Western, but a last minute stop and this hotel was available. I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel is really pretty nice. The rooms are clean, cool and comfortable, the lobby inviting. The complimentary breakfast includes a made to order omelet bar, (so much better than the canned gags you get with these breakfasts usually), and can I just say, the complimentary massage chairs, are you kidding me! I need one for home! The staff, especially the Owner/Manager (not sure which he is) I don’t think sleeps! He’s always here and very kind and helpful. The location is walkable to restaurants and other sites. The pool is large, clean and nice. All of it overall an excellent stay. If and when I return to Nashville, I’ll definitely stay here.

Location was nice because it was in a quieter area and easily walkable to the Gulch and Broadway. We walked it daily. The rooms are renovated and decorated nicely. Very clean hotel. The breakfast omelets were great. However, there could be more meat options for breakfast. It was sausage every day. Switching it up would be nice. There is fresh complimentary coffee and cool drinks avsilable all day in the lobby. This was great! The pool was so nice to relax in. However, the water was really cold! It would also be nice to put some privacy fencing around the rd above it. |Overall we would definitely stay here again!!

I’m a big fan of Best Westerns, and this one didn’t disappoint. If you’re a walker, this place is close enough to downtown that you can walk there. It’s off the main roads so it is quiet at night. The food and drinks available in the lobby were a welcomed site after walking around Nashville in August. The shower head in our room appeared to be a traditional shower head that was fitted to act as a rain water shower head, and the water pressure was pretty low, that would be my only complaint though. The AC worked great, which again for Nashville in August, opening that door into what felt like an ice chest was great!

Conveniently located in Music Row and very walkable. Not too far off from Broadway either. Free water and coffee was a plus. Rooms had a ton of storage space which was nice.

Our stay @ BW Music Row was great. It’s off the busy area but still walkable. The hotel staff are great. Everyone is friendly offering a smile. The dining room is very clean & food/drinks are good. They have 2 massage chairs in lobby that will work on those achy muscles after or before a busy day. Rooms are clean & restocked with towels daily that are full body size & not “rough” W Ed B would def stay here again!

We chose this hotel for the location/price balance and the good reviews. Overall, we give this hotel high marks. We had two rooms, and both were comfortable and decorated to fit the Music Row theme well. Air conditioning was exceptionally effective. Shower was clean with good water pressure and hot water. Bed was surprisingly comfortable. Towels were changed daily. My room also included ample storage space, a small couch, desk, portable table, safe, coffee, microwave, and fridge. The coffee was good, but I sure wish hotels would realize those little plastic wrapped packs of pink sweetener, powdered creamer, and sugar are truly awful. The lobby had a nice little pantry with basic food items and necessities, plus seating areas and massage chairs. There is a small business center and a phone charging station. Breakfast was included, and was one of the best I've had at a hotel of this price range. Omelette station in addition to waffles and pancakes, hot meats and cold yogurts, fruits, breads, juices, coffee, milk, water... very nice. We sat in the lobby to work for a few hours, and I wish they did not block off the breakfast area in the afternoon - those tables had access to electrical outlets, while the available tables did not. But, at least I felt assured the breakfast area was clean. The breakfast staff did an exceptional job of not only cleaning, but also accommodating guests. Our only complaint is the less than generous cancelation policy. We gave 24 hours notice that we would have to check out one night early due to an issue unrelated to the hotel, but after two front desk agents had a conversation in front of us in another language, we were told 48 hours notice was required. And, even though we had checked in the night before, the front desk agent said "If only you would have told us yesterday." If only we had known, we would have. I understand the burden of lost revenue, and I also feel top tier loyalty members should have some leeway. Anyway... had we not experienced that, I would have given this hotel five stars, as we did have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
