First thing that was wrong was the lack of customer service as soon as I walked in with my son. I got told “hold on one second”…I got greeted with that and then “ what’s your last name?” I got told my room number with no direction of how to find it. Second thing that needs addressed is the mold in the bathroom on the ceiling. I mentioned to the front desk at checkout and she wrote the room number down and said she would put a work order in! I didn’t get an apology or even an offer a comp for my room or anything. I had to ask if something could be done for that. Again, lack of customer service. Thirdly, we were there with 9 year old baseball team and when we had them in the restaurant area due to being rained out of the pool, we were asked to stay only on the carpet area. We were respectful and our boys were sitting not running around and watching the Lady Vols Softball NCAA semi final game. The only time we were loud was when the Lady Vols did something good in the game. We were all paying customers so not sure why we were being punished or ask to move. I address the front desk and there were no special stipulations for that area and there were no complaints. It didn’t not settle well and we will not be back.

I was shocked to find this hotel in the state I did. I was there this past weekend for a conference in Nashville. It was recommended by the conference committee. What I found left a lot to be desired. This hotel is very dated, not very clean, and has less than desirable folks lingering about. There were stains on the furniture and on the carpets. Moldy shower caulking. Both nights there was a strong odor of marijuana coming from the room next door. The air conditioning didn’t work very well. Overall, a disappointing experience for Hilton properties. As a Hilton rewards member, I expect better out of these proprieties.

The staff at this hotel provides a great experience! From Regina, Kimberly, Diamond at the front desk to Melissa, Destiny, Pam at the restaurant, they make our stays enjoyable and comfortable. The hotel is close to the airport, and the shuttle can take you to the airport and within a 5 mile radius. All of the shuttle drivers are amazing! And they have the most amazing pillows here! We get the best night's rest when we're here.|The only reasons I didn't give a 5 star rating is the rooms need to be updated and the restaurant food quality has gone down hill within the last month or so. They previously offered the BEST chicken tenders but now they are awful!!! And they are continuously out of food! Give this amazing staff the tools they need to make this hotel 5 stars!!

Overall, a very good stay! The location is fantastic—super close to the airport and only 15–30 minutes by car from the city center. The suite is spacious with two rooms; the style is a bit classic and basic, but perfectly fine. The only downside for me was the carpeted floor. They have a gym, pool, breakfast, and an full-service restaurant on-site. For an airport hotel, it’s really great!

I really like my room. It was overall clean; however, there was a bandaid in the the shower that housekeeping should have caught. Service was great. Airport shuttle was very convenient. My biggest complaint is that we REALLY need to do something about the water pressure in the shower! It is barely a dribble. Can we get some new shower heads at least? Also, the breakfast was not worth it. If I were not a Diamond Member and gotten food credit, it would have killed me to pay $15 for the same standard (or less) of a breakfast buffet that I would get at a Hampton Inn for free.

I have used their parking and shuttle service to BNA. While parking and shuttling to BNA has been smooth, it has taken them over 45 minutes to pick my party up from the airport after calling the hotel. This has happened twice. If they can create a better process for getting a shuttle, I will be happy to continue using their service.

Each staff member was outstanding in their service skills including the maid service, front desk, and restaurant. The beds were comfortable and clean. The room decor was adequate although a bit dated/tired looking. We were surprised to be charged an $18 parking fee for our overnight stay, since the parking lot posts a sign saying free parking. But the service left a good impression with us so we will return.
