Overall it was a nice stay great clean rooms fairly new property. I wasn’t greeted with the warmest welcome Destiny at the front desk was a little snippy and kind of rude I expect better from Hilton. There were no waters available and when we asked about them we were told to come back later. The rest of the staff was wonderful the bartender Bre was such a blast super funny and Nikki that was there overnight was warm and sweet she was very informative about the hotel and the local things to do and for that we will be back to Nashville we truly enjoyed.

On 10/11/2026 room 208 was a dirty experience. Leftover hairs in the shower, shower pan looked like it has never been cleaned, things stuck on the bathroom wall, and a white ring of some sorts left on a shelf. These things were all in the bathroom. Dirt of some sort on the counter near coffee maker. I stopped looking close from that point. Just one night and I’m here for work. After reporting my room to my concierge, this was their response: Oh sorry about that. Housekeeping does their best during sellouts. Unfortunately, due to the high number of checkouts and being sold out for the last few weeks, they might have missed a spot or 2. You can have a snack out of the market at no charge. and if theres anything i can do to make it a little better during this busy season, just let us know. Have a great night. So, you might bring something home from here, but hey, have a snack on us. 🤦🏼‍♂️

Super comfortable and right by where I needed to be for work travel. The rooms were new and the bed was super comfortable. I slept great! The gym was the main reason I chose to stay here and I was delighted by the space and items available to work out. The bartender Bri and the front desk agent Amanda were awesome!

For this to be a brand new hotel, there were some things that need to be attended to. Several of the TV channels were not working and the toilet paper holder was ripped off of the wall. These may be minor things, and more detail oriented in nature, but I expected more from a brand new Hilton. The location was very convenient to the Gaylord, but only a McDonald’s nearby and no convenient drug store/grocery store. The “store” in the lobby was not very stocked and had little to offer. When I ask the front desk attendant if they had a certain product in stock, she was very short and rude. Overall experience was very disappointing.

I used to think anything with Hilton in its name would be at least decent. Not this one. ( I stayed there for 5 nights.) Facts: The mattress was broken. The bathroom has no exhaust fan. As a result, damp air gets trapped inside the room. The HVAC is set to run constantly and cannot be adjusted. There is no free breakfast, and the fruit provided was not fresh. Very disappointing for a hotel carrying the Hilton name.

It’s works. It’s a 3 star hotel at best. No shuttle to the airport or even to The Opry unless you want to pay $10 per person, which is double the price of an uber. Our first room smelled like a wet dog. Thankfully the lady at the front desk moved us or this would be a 2 star review. When leaving there was a car parked at the lobby entrance blocking the covered area. No one in the car and it was off. No one checking in or in the Lobby. No one was able to use the covered area and the front desk manager seemed to not care at all. I’ll be trying out the Hampton next time I come.

I recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Nashville Opryland. The room was clean, but the overall experience was disappointing compared to other Hilton properties I’ve stayed at. As someone who has stayed at many Hilton locations, I was surprised by the lack of basic guest amenities I’m used to seeing. Normally there is complimentary coffee, tea, or infused water available in the lobby, but none of those welcoming touches were available here. Another issue was that the thermostat in the room could not be adjusted, which made the room very cold during the night and uncomfortable for sleeping. While the room itself was clean, the overall amenities and comfort level were not what I typically expect from Hilton, and I hope management considers improving the guest experience.

Beds were very low and not that soft. I love a soft comfy bed, these were alright. Location was great. I was in town working in Madison. Perfect commute. Food areas weren't that bad. You have cracker barrel, Bob Evans, mcds, and a few other choices. The food wasn't worth the money to me. Steak sandwich wasn't what it was expected to be. Fries were good. Meatballs, something I can get from subway to be honest. Rooms smelt like wet dog. I turned ac down and it helped. The staff was friendly that I have dealt with. Solo traveler and felt safe here. Indoor pool and outdoor sitting area was nice. Shower was big, no tub, which i was fine with. I gave it 4 stars due to staff, safety and location.
