The room service at the Omni Hotel Nashville was outstanding! I ordered a few appetizers to tide me over until dinner, and they were absolutely delightful. The deviled eggs were fresh and packed with flavor, and the house-made chips with French onion dip were simply mouthwatering. Everything arrived promptly, was beautifully presented, and tasted amazing. If you’re staying at the Omni and looking for a quick bite without leaving your room, I highly recommend the room service. It was the perfect treat and exceeded my expectations!

The location is superb, attached to the Country Music Hall of fame and 2 blocks from Broadway. The room was big but a little dated. Service was outstanding. Our room was on the 15th floor with great views of downtown. The building itself is 22 stories tall and very modern. The lobby area and bar were excellent. Check in and out were super quick. My only disappointment was that I had requested a room with a king bed but was given on with 2 queens. The room was large but the AC was noisy. There were some minor scratches and dents on the door. Water pressure was excellent. The pool area on the 4th floor was very nice and big. The Kitchen restaurant was excellent for breakfast and lunch. The lobby bar was a great place to hang out.

Beautiful hotel and excellent location.  The lobby bar was wonderful, the Bongo Java coffee shop was great, and the restaurants were fabulous.  The front desk staff was amazing.  We weren't able to enjoy the nice pool though, as it had about 80 people in it and no where to sit!  It was one of the reasons we chose The Omni.  But, I would stay here again.

had a wonderful stay here and was impressed by every detail. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful view that made the experience even better. The bed was so relaxing, making it easy to get a great night’s sleep. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with any requests. Great hospitality, excellent service, and a very enjoyable place to stay. I would happily return again.

My experience at the actual hotel was completely overshadowed by the awful service I received upon leaving. I was there for a large corporate event and left my jacket in the closet of my room when I left. I called a week or so later and they said they had my jacket and I was sent a link to pay a $35 shipping fee (ridiculous) to pay for them to mail it to me. They said NOTHING about a time constraint to complete payment by. I went on and paid the fee sometime within the month following. They took my payment and shortly after I got a call from someone at the Omni. They told me that they donated my jacket because I didn't pay within 30 days of checking out of the hotel, much to my surprise. On that same phone call, I was asked how much my jacket cost and that they would pay me for my loss AND refund my shipping fee. 3 months later I still had not gotten refunded OR paid for my jacket so I called and was given the run-around by the loss prevention department. I continued to call and finally got in touch with the loss prevention manager - he was incredibly disrespectful throughout the entire conversation, told me I was crazy to believe them when they said they would pay me for the jacket they got rid of without giving me any sort of notice or warning, and couldn't have possibly cared less. I had to call multiple times to even be refunded for the shipping fee I was charged for the jacket that never even shipped. Incredibly disappointing considering the standards expected from an Omni hotel. I've never been treated so poorly by hotel staff and will never step foot in an Omni hotel again.

Stayed here for a business trip that was supposed to be paid for by my company. The front dest knew what event I was there for. When I gave my name they looked it up and the man had a confused look on his face while looking me up. I was suspicious but didnt question it. He asked some questions and proceeded to charge me for the night. (I didnt know I was charged yet) When I questioned the staff about what I can do to fix this they were very short with answers and would repeat themselves like a broken record. I dont travel much at all. I dont know how all this works. The money that I brought with me to enjoy my time in Nashville for ONE night was pretty much spent on the hotel with no notice. They knew something wasn't right and continued to take my money. Even after I mentioned my company is supposed to pay for it. One lady in the morning even told me $100 will be returned to my account after I leave. Still dont see it in my account. Great hotel but staff are trained to be like robots. I know this isn't 100% hotels fault but if they saw something not right it should of been brought up to my attention not ignored. Also tv wouldnt even turn on. $420 a night and I cant even turn on the TV. I asked several staff on what wifi network to use and some actually said they dont know.

I’m so sick and tired of corporations and companies charging outrageous prices and doing the bare minimum. No included breakfast, nothing special about these rooms, most basic bathrooms/showers, they only offer valet and charged $75 a day for it or you can park across the street somewhere else for $45 a night….all this after it was $500 a night. I’m sorry but it’s not worth it. The staff was nice, I was always greeted and such. I won’t discredit them at all. But the prices this place charges for the amenities it offers is just simply put..STUPID. I’ll stay farther away and uber from a different hotel next time. I stayed here cause of the walking distance to Bridgestone. That was very convenient. I loved that. But everything was just not worth the price.
