The trip was amazing with the thanks of the amazing staff Raheem and Shayla. They were so helpful and kind to us. When we had an issue with a room, they immediately took attention. Also the dining experience was also amazing, food was amazing, servers were very nice. My experience was a 10/10!!

I always recommend Sonesta Nashville! Whenever we have visitors from our plant, this is where they stay, and they've always had a great experience. I especially love the restaurant onsite, it's so convenient and the food is consistently good. They also offer room service and an airport shuttle, which makes staying here even more convenient. The fitness center is on the smaller side, but it overlooks the beautiful green space and the pool, which makes for a really nice workout atmosphere. Overall, it's a very nice hotel with great amenities and a welcoming, comfortable feel!

We found this hotel on Priceline and got a great deal for two rooms. I was kind of concerned because the overall cost was lower than similarly rated hotels in the area, but we decided to take a chance. When I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised with the overall look of the hotel and the lobby was beautiful and clean. The staff greeted me at the front desk right away and were accommodating when I asked for a higher floor than what was offered at first. I will also mention they do have rooms on the first floor with nice sliding glass doors and a little patio with two chairs. This would be really nice for guests who have mobility issues or maybe someone with a pet. After checking in, when we got upstairs, I noticed they only checked us into one room, so I was worried Priceline only booked one room, but after returning to the front desk, we discovered it was because I put down my son‘a name on the second reservation. So they quickly issued us another set of keys and we were on our way. The rooms were perfect. They weren’t huge but they were spacious enough. Everything was very clean and I liked that they had solid floors throughout. The bed was sooo comfy! The shower was spotless and had great water pressure. The included shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner all had a nice smell and made my hair soft and shiny. The room includes a fridge that was nice and cold (some hotels barely keep your stuff cold) but no microwave. I left the room around 12:45 pm the next morning, and when I returned, my room had not been serviced. Probably because I left later in the day. I called the front desk and they had someone bringing me towels and taking the dirty towels away within 10 minutes. Great service! The only complaint I had was the snack shop is locked up and you have to go to the restaurant, wait for them to unlock it, and then go back to the restaurant to check out. It would be nice if they had it staffed or had it close to the front desk like most hotels do. But that was a very minor inconvenience and everything else was truly amazing and one of the best hotel stays I’ve had. If you’re looking for a clean and accommodating hotel with mattresses that’ll help you sleep like a baby, this is definitely the place you want to reserve. I can’t give this hotel and the staff high enough praises. They’re doing an amazing job and other hotels should take note!! Thanks, Sonesta, for making my stay in Nashville top tier!!!

I just got done attending a 2-day conference at this hotel and everything about the experience was top notch. The service, the facility, the food... I have no complaints whatsoever. It eems hard to believe that every single person I have come in contact with has been outstanding. That's unusual and I appreciate it.

Great location only minutes from the airport, restaurants, and a gas station. The hotel has beautiful indoor and outdoor pools, an on-site laundry room, unique decor, a shuttle, and a spectacular restaurant that was perfect for celebrating my birthday! 🎂 A few things to be aware of: parking is an extra daily fee, and third-party bookings may come with additional fees that aren’t clearly disclosed. The bathroom also needed more attention, with mold spots on the ceiling, hair, and dirty walls. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would consider staying again, but the cleanliness definitely needs improvement.

Overall another great Sonesta. The rooms are well maintained and very clean. Our room was very spacious, however, I will say that the bathroom was a bit cramped. The on-site restaurant and room service was excellent. Nice pool area and fitness center. They also had on-site laundry where guests could do their own laundry if they wanted. Easy parking and 10 minute drive from downtown, if that's your vibe. Free airport shuttle, too. Everything and more you'd expect from a nice airport hotel. The one knock was that the check-in experience didn't quite live up to the high standards I have become accustomed to at Sonesta properties. The person who helped us wasn't all that great. Had trouble checking us in early and didn't properly note our late check-out (Travel Pass benefit) but she seemed nice enough as a person so no big deal. If I have to come back to Nashville, I'll be back at the Sonesta!

The hotel is fine. It's just not my preferred type of hotel. It's large - 18 floors - with a very large and full parking lot. The room and bath were smaller than I'm used to, but very clean, everything in perfect repair. I prefer a hotel with a free breakfast and usually just get some fruit. I did find that at the Starbucks in the lobby for $8. I learned only after arrival that parking was $20. Friendly and attentive staff. I'm sure it's super for a convention. Oddly, no plugin on the desk. What the... I received a personal response to this post. Now that's super.
