Room card key must be validated every day. The money exchange rate was very bad. Housekeeping did not replenish clean bath towels and bottled water.very expensive too.

I had a wonderful experience at the bar, thanks to Chetan. He was extremely courteous, friendly, and professional throughout. His excellent service, positive attitude, and attention to detail made the experience even more enjoyable. He made sure everything was perfect and ensured we felt welcomed and well taken care of. Truly appreciate his hospitality and dedication. Keep up the great work, Chetan! Highly recommended!

The experience this time in Royal Plaza was very bad as there was no maintenance or shine Left in this hotel. As this is the third time we stayed here the rooms were very shabby over priced. And we were asked to check in two hours late from the check in time that is 12, and we were supposed to check out at 12, anyhow. It was very disappointing to pay around 9 to 10,000 for a small room for one day with no maintenance. The room was not even vacuumed before handing over. The television was very old with poor picture quality, hardly anything was visible and the Wi-Fi was even not working well. Also they didn’t refilled the water in the rooms. I mean, this is the basic that needs to be done when you’re paying so heavy amount for a day.

Worst Experience | Unprofessional Staff | Poor Room Service I stayed at this hotel from 24 June 2026 to 26 June 2026, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had. On 24 June, I checked into Room No. 327 in the evening. When I looked at the dinner menu, I found that it offered very limited food options. I called Room Service to ask if there were any additional menu options, but I was informed that the menu card contained everything they could offer. I then asked whether I could order food from outside. After consulting the Duty Manager, I was told that outside food was strictly prohibited as per hotel policy. Respecting the hotel's policy, I ordered a Chicken Biryani from Room Service. Despite this, the order was delivered only after 55 minutes, and that too after multiple follow-up calls. I contacted the reception to complain about the poor service, pointing out that the hotel offered limited food choices, did not allow outside food, and was also unable to provide timely service. Instead of acknowledging the issue, the staff gave several excuses. When I mentioned that I would share my experience online, the response I received was, "You can do whatever you want." Such an arrogant and unprofessional attitude towards a guest's genuine concern was shocking. The situation became even worse on 25 June. After returning to the hotel in the evening, the hotel manager knocked on my room door and informed me that my checkout was scheduled for that day. I was surprised because my booking was clearly until 26 June. Even after I questioned him twice, he remained confident that I had to check out. I went to the reception with my booking confirmation and requested them to verify the reservation in their system. Despite showing my booking voucher, the manager continued insisting that my stay had ended. Only after 10–15 minutes of unnecessary arguments and verification did the staff admit that my checkout date was indeed 26 June. There was no apology for the inconvenience, no acknowledgement of their mistake, and no attempt to make up for either the delayed room service or the highly embarrassing checkout incident. The staff appeared arrogant, unprofessional, and completely indifferent to guest satisfaction. It genuinely felt as though they were trying to force me to leave the hotel a day before my scheduled checkout. Overall, this was an extremely disappointing experience.

We have had a terrible experience. 1 st at arrival I was denied a room saying you haven’t booked because of some faulty system. Then comes the nightmare. In a 4 night stay they changed my room 2 times. 1 st room bed creaking , live wire , shower tap leaking , no towels. 2 nd room complained for 2 nights ac not working properly didn’t listen till we threw a fit. Asked for ice for cold water we were said pay for the ice. The 3 rd room we got at 11 pm a night before we checked out. Never recommend this hotel. For the price there are better places in Delhi

I had a pleasant stay at Hotel The Royal Plaza. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff was courteous and helpful throughout my visit. The location is convenient, making it easy to access nearby attractions and business areas. The breakfast offered a good variety of options, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was welcoming. While a few facilities could benefit from some updates, the service and hospitality made the stay enjoyable. Overall, it offers good value for money, and I would consider staying here again.

I had a very pleasant stay at your hotel. The ambiance was wonderful, the rooms were clean and well-maintained, and overall everything was very comfortable and well-managed. I would like to make a small suggestion—if possible, kindly consider including some millet-based options in the menu. This would not only help promote local culture but also be beneficial for guests with dietary needs, such as those with diabetes. While the salads were good, adding millet-based dishes could be a great value addition. Thank you for the lovely experience. I look forward to visiting again.

NEVER EVER BOOK THIS HOTEL !! I have stayed for 7 days . Everyday at reception we could see min. 10 customer per day shouting at the reception for poor quality service !! The service in this hotel is worser than a third rate lodge !! They didn’t explain me regarding the MOU rates applicable when I checked in and told me it would be cleared at the last day ! Mr Hridesh and Mr Vikrant … laughably at managerial roles made as wait for resolving a small issue for 4 hours .. and I had to clear the bill at their asking because I had a flight to catch !! They will tell you ‘give me 10 mins’ and thereafter they ll never pick up your call !! Knowing them I approached them at around 1800 for final bill.. they couldn’t resolve my issue up until 2230 h ! Please a humble advise to all guests .. if you want good customer service .. never book this hotel
