Google· a month agoI recently stayed at Pride Plaza Hotel, Aerocity, New Delhi, and I would like to sincerely appreciate Deepak Kumar from the Housekeeping team for his excellent service. Deepak serviced my room every day and maintained a very high standard of cleanliness. He was always polite, respectful, and attentive to even the smallest details. I was especially impressed by how he neatly arranged my clothes, shoes, and other belongings, making sure everything was well organized. His professional and caring attitude made my stay much more comfortable and pleasant. Thank you, Deepak Kumar, for taking such good care of my room and making my stay a wonderful experience. Tripadvisor· a month agoWriting critical reviews is rare for me because even when I have experienced sub par experiences, they normally don’t outweigh the many other positives of a hotel. Not so with the Pride Plaza. |I booked this hotel through Luxury Escapes because of its convenient location to the airport for our return flight home. Upon arrival from Udaipur, the check in counter couldn’t find my paid reservation. Took 25 minutes to find my reservation (confirmed it had been there all the time). Next they claimed it wasn’t paid despite me showing my ( paid) invoice. Once all finally, resolved 50 minutes had passed. No apologies- only limp excuses. |Next experience was booking an early morning ( 0530-early?) porter, taxi, and sandwich in lieu of the prepaid breakfast. |Alas,as suspected, no porter arrived as booked, taxi needed to be recalled, and the banana was the saving grace. Should really complain about these issues because the hotel renovations began at 0300 and that noise, combined with noisy hotel staff in corridor, enabled me to practice wakeful mindfulness, patience, compassion. Alas, more practice needed but I’ll never do so at this hotel again. In summary - the room was comfortable, the location convenient, the service absolutely inert and inefficient, staff friendliness- sub par and surly.

Google· a month agoMy experience here was truly wonderful. The staff is extremely kind, polite, and helpful, especially Sui Safe Dhoom, who is a very warm and caring person. The food quality is absolutely amazing, with great taste and excellent presentation. The overall service, hospitality, and positive atmosphere made my stay even more memorable. A special thanks to the entire team for their wonderful hospitality. I would definitely love to visit again and highly recommend this place to others. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Google· a month agoWe had an outstanding dining experience with Chef Dhoom at Pride cafe who took incredible care of us from start to finish. The food was absolutely delicious, beautifully prepared, and packed with flavor. He went out of his way to make fresh handmade pasta from scratch, which turned out to be an unforgettable highlight of the meal. In addition to his exceptional cooking, he is remarkably soft-spoken, polite, and brings a wonderful positive energy to the room. He even came over personally to ask for our feedback to ensure everything was perfect, and we recommend him highly

Google· Edited 3 months agoI have been a member of Pride Plaza Hotel New Delhi since the membership program was first introduced and renewed it almost every year. I was a loyal customer and often recommended this hotel to friends and family. Unfortunately, my experience over the last two years has completely changed my opinion. The membership looks attractive on paper, but redeeming the benefits is a frustrating experience. You’re constantly redirected between the sales and reservations teams, the contact numbers are often unavailable, and no one seems to take ownership of resolving issues. One example: while I was staying at the hotel for a birthday, I requested a cake to be delivered to my room at midnight. I gave more than 24 hours’ notice and reminded the team several times. Despite that, the cake was never delivered. I ignored it at the time, assuming it was an isolated mistake. I submitted a booking request on 13 July, more than two weeks in advance. These were not dates associated with any major holiday period, yet the process was chaotic from the start. During one call, I was confidently told that my membership expired on 26 July. I corrected them, saying it was valid until 31 July, but they insisted their records showed 26 July. I kept following up for available dates before 26 July, only to later log into the app and discover that my membership was actually valid until 31 July. Receiving incorrect information about a membership I had already paid for was extremely frustrating. And this misinformation were spread by senior members of their hotel. One room was available and that to on a Thursday, which brings me to next biggest disappointment, redeeming the complimentary stay vouchers. Earlier, immediate family members such as parents or a spouse could use them, but now the vouchers are non transferable and the member must be present, making the membership much less valuable. Unavailability of rooms in shoulder/ non peak season even with 15 days of notice goes to show how unusable these voucher memberships are, as there are hardly 1-2 rooms available with them in their club allocation. Whether rooms were actually available is not even my biggest concern. My concern is the poor communication, inaccurate records, and the amount of effort required simply to redeem benefits that were promised. After years of loyalty, I can no longer recommend purchasing the membership booklet. I would rather book through Agoda, MMT or other reputable travel platforms, where you can often find competitive rates without the hassle of chasing different departments. It genuinely saddens me to write this because Pride Plaza was once a hotel I happily recommended. I hope the management takes feedback from long term members seriously and improves the experience for future guests. All voucher money to waste.

His attention to detail and warm hospitality truly made the dining experience memorable. I would also like to appreciate Dhoom, who was simply awesome. His friendly attitude, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile made me feel genuinely welcomed throughout my stay. Thank you to the entire Pride Plaza team for making my visit so comfortable and enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting New Delhi and look forward to staying here again.

Unlike many of the more sterile, corporate-style hotels in the area, this property infuses traditional Indian elements—like local artwork and subtle cultural touches—into its modern design, which gives it a welcoming, regal personality. The location is unbeatable for travelers—being so close to the airport and the Aerocity Metro station makes it incredibly easy to navigate both the city and the business hubs of Gurgaon. Whether you’re staying for a quick business layover or a leisure trip, the hotel hits a great balance. The staff were particularly hospitable, keeping with the 'Namaskar' tradition that sets a positive tone from the moment you walk into the lobby." Worldmark Aerocity: This is the local hub for guests. It’s packed with premium office spaces, shopping outlets, and a wide variety of high-end eateries. Dining Variety: Beyond the hotel's own restaurants, the surrounding area (Worldmark) offers a massive selection of cafes and bars, making it very easy to step out for a different dining experience without having to travel far.

Google· 3 weeks agoPride Plaza Hotel Aerocity is a very convenient place to stay, especially if you have a flight from Delhi Airport. The location is excellent, right in Aerocity, with easy access to the airport, restaurants and shops nearby. The hotel is comfortable, well maintained and has a professional atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and suitable for both short stays and business trips. Staff members are generally helpful, and the overall service is efficient. A good option if you want to stay close to the airport without sacrificing comfort. I would consider staying here again for a future transit or layover in Delhi.
