Very friendly staff. Specially the security guards including Mr Daulat who helped a lot with address and luggage issues. The managers and the employees were very kind and polite as well. Overall wonderful stay ! Will come back again

Here’s a polished review that keeps it positive while giving honest feedback: Overall, we had a good experience at Radisson and enjoyed our stay. However, we felt that some of the staff could have been a little more cooperative and attentive towards our requests. On the positive side, Neetu was exceptionally nice and helpful throughout our stay. She was warm, courteous, and made us feel very comfortable. We truly appreciate her efforts and would like to thank her for making our experience better. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and with a little more attentiveness and cooperation from the staff, the experience could have been even better.

It’s located at central location so good for commute. But I didnt like the fact that I booked a room which was like 20,000 inr per night for 2 nights and they can’t keep our bags for 5 hours after checkout. I dont understand how do they qualify for 4 stars hotel if they don’t have enough space for luggage room. That’s a joke!! The rooms are tiny and there was dust underneath the bed and noisy room bcz of its proximity to main road. This is not a 4 stars property. I have stayed in so many hotels all around the world and no one has given me this reason that their luggage room is tiny so we can’t keep your bags and you carry it by yourself and cancel all other plans that you had throughout the day?! I will not stay ever again. There is another IHCL hotel selqtion in Connaught area. I will recommend that property over this fake 4 stars Radissom blu.

The rooms are neat and clean, a bit small but considering the location it is just about very good 👍 The location is absolutely fabulous. Right in the heart of CP where you can walk and find anything you want. The service right from the guys at security to the girls at the reception, awesome! Service with a smile 😁 Value for money property, well maintained. The breakfast is not really a big yes for me but then it is just about standard. Scope for improvement. Overall a great experience for me as I stayed for 3 nights.
