Google· 2 weeks agoWe are currently staying at The Leela Ambience Delhi and had a wonderful buffet experience at Café Knosh. A special mention to Abhishek, Gaurav, Himanshu, Sanjay and Sohan whose exceptional hospitality truly stood out! Despite it being a buffet, he ensured we barely had to leave our table, personally bringing everything we needed. His attention to the smallest details, thoughtfulness, and ability to anticipate our needs made us feel incredibly well taken care of. Such warm, attentive, and personalised service is what truly defines five-star hospitality. Abhishek is undoubtedly an asset to The Leela team! Thank you for making our dining experience so special!

Tripadvisor· a month agoWe had a wonderful stay at The Leela. The interiors are beautiful and elegant, and our room was spacious, comfortable and very well maintained. I especially loved the greenery outside the room, which added a peaceful touch to the stay. One of the highlights for me was definitely the food. Both the breakfast and dinner buffets had an impressive spread, with plenty of options for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians. Everything we tried was delicious, and there was so much variety to choose from. The staff were warm and attentive throughout our stay, and the concierge service was excellent. Even the welcome drink deserves a mention—it was so refreshing and delicious and was a lovely way to begin our stay. The property itself is beautifully maintained, from the elegant interiors to the little details like the koi pond. Overall, a comfortable and luxurious experience with great hospitality and amazing food. Would definitely love to stay again.

Google· a month agoWe had such an INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCE in Leela Ambience Convention Hotel in Delhi. First of all I would like to thank all the STAFF in the hotel for being so FRIENDLY, KIND, PROFESSIONAL and HELPFUL with anything we needed it. I would like to mention Sagar for being so attentive with us in every meal we had in the restaurant, giving always the best service, attention, kindness and happiness serving us the drinks or whatever we needed it. Secondly I want to mention that the hotel itself was so CLEAN and with lots of LUXURY, it was a great value for the money. The rooms were amazingly big, very clean and the bed was really COMFORTABLE. And last, I need to congratulate the cooks (and all the staff involved in the restaurant) because The FOOD in the buffet was extraordinary DELICIOUS, there were so many choices and each one was so worthy to try. I highly recommend this hotel if you are going to visit Delhi. You will have a great experience and won’t regret it.

Google· 4 months agoHad an absolutely wonderful stay at The Leela. From the moment I arrived until check-out, everything was handled flawlessly. The property is beautiful, the rooms are luxurious and impeccably maintained, and every amenity exceeded expectations. The lounge access was a standout experience, offering excellent service, great food and beverages, and a very comfortable atmosphere throughout the day. Every detail reflected the high standards of hospitality that The Leela is known for. I would also like to extend my sincere appreciation to Anu and Harshita, who were exceptional throughout my stay. Both were incredibly professional, courteous, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a memorable experience. Their warmth and dedication truly made a difference and added a personal touch to the hospitality. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so comfortable and enjoyable. I look forward to returning and would highly recommend The Leela to anyone seeking a premium luxury experience.

Google· 4 months agoThe older rooms do show a bit of wear & tear but as we were out most days it was no big thing. Pros: Great staff (Antoush, the manager is a credit to this hotel) We were always greeted so warmly by him & his team that we felt like 'part of the family'. It's not very often you can say this about big hotels. Prisha & Yashwant at breakfast always started our day with a huge smile and lovely service (cannot thank them enough). Service in the Royal Club was also exceptional (my apologies I cannot remember the short chap who was very knowledgeable about wines and had great conversations with my husband and again provided bespoke service-thank you.

Google· 3 months agoAtithi Devo Bhava is a Sanskrit phrase that translates to "The guest is God". This is the true meaning of the hospitality we received during our stay at this marvelous hotel. The staff were so respectful and always smiling. I was amazed by it. The room were super clean, well set and well equipped. Definitely recommend it for your stay. It was my first visit in New Delhi so i do not if the location is ok but it easy to grab a transport to kove out of there. We used ricksahaw and uber. I am thankful for making my stay a perfect one.

Google· 4 months agoWe went there on my wife's birthday to spend a luxurious and enjoying day. On my request at the Club tower management personnel Ms Srishti arranged a Complimentary cake and decoration for the surprise in the room which is highly appreciated. The other staff members Ankit and Mohit made sure we have a comfy and luxurious stay. They all ensured a 5 star stay, would recommend people who want a weekend of fun by the pool and a great taste in food to try this out. They also gave us Complimentary gifts as an appreciative token. Kudos to all the management.
