Beautiful hotel in a great location, 25 minutes from international airport, spacious rooms, warm and well behaved staff, excellent breakfast options. Would have given a 5 star rating but the room we checked in was not thoroughly cleaned. There were a few hair strands on the sofa chair and the bed linen was also not smelling as fresh as you would expect in a 5 star hotel. May be it was an exception - shoddy job in that particular room for that particular night. would visit again when in vicinity.

WelcomHotel Dwarka continues to be my preferred transit hotel whenever I travel through Delhi. The comfortable rooms, cozy beds, convenient location and consistently warm hospitality make every stay effortless and enjoyable.As a returning guest, I was pleased to see the launch of Del-One and wish the team every success with this exciting new concept. While I do find myself missing the extensive breakfast spread and familiar atmosphere of Pavilion, I look forward to seeing Del-One evolve and establish its own identity.A special thank you to the team for always making me feel welcome and at home. Our stay have been very comfortable, Sachin and Mohit on the front desk have made us feel very welcome and have Ben such a good help. Also Saurabh attended to us as we checked out to help with luggage. I would recommend this hotel.

Not worth to be a 5star hotel. The reception team was very rude. Too many guest they don't know how to handle. The floor corridor carpets were smelling. Room bathroom water drainage pathetic. Dirt accumulation in corners. Only surviving because of high demand it seems. Don't waste money on this. No comparison to Taj by a long way

One of worst ITC service I found it here Check-in took long time while I was alone, the staff heard all requests but applied none. Like GST detail, other guest arrivals etc. Similar things happened during Check-out (muskan and her senior) took 55 minutes to generate the final invoice (as they both did not add the GST detail and don’t know how to add later) Looks like staff was not train properly and they are just adding additional trouble. Rooms are great Food was excellent Room service was outstanding

Great hotel. 30 min to hotel but no problem with even traffic. Food is amazing. All the staff are very helpful and nice. Highly recommend this hotel . I'm definitely coming back from USA with my kids to stay in this hotel.

Came back to the Hotel almost after 6 years, lot of renovation is happening right now . Rooms are always luxurious. Food and other amenities are good, can be improved upon. Restaurant setting can be improved upon. Best wishes to the ITC.

Just had an incredible stay at ITC Hotel Dwarka Sector 10, and it exceeded every expectation! From the moment I arrived, the warm welcome by the staff set the perfect tone. The rooms are spacious, impeccably clean, and packed with modern amenities – the plush bedding and stunning city views made unwinding a breeze.Dining was a highlight: the buffet at the restaurant offered an incredible mix of Indian and international flavors, all fresh and flavorful. Loved the rooftop pool area for a relaxing dip after a long day exploring Dwarka. Location is prime – super close to the metro and malls, yet peaceful.Service was top-notch; special shoutout to the concierge for seamless arrangements.
