My husband and ai just came back from a long weekend in NOLA and stayed at Le Pavillon and we were so pleased with just about everything! Service was fantastic. Front desk was so friendly and helpful, the staff at the door were great, always happy, opened the doors, great group of guys! Bar staff make a mean dirty martini!! We had the AC dropping a small amount of water in the room. They came up immediately, fixed it and apologized. Great service. Room and bathroom was clean and beautifully maintained. The hotel decor was soooo beautiful. Loved every minute of our stay there!

My husband and I stayed in New Orleans as one of our stops as newlyweds. The hotel is beautiful . Very close to everything shops, restaurants , Frenchman st and bourbon . Only a 20-25 minute ride from the airport . The frontier desk customer service Miss Shannon provided PHENOMENAL customer service. From the moment we stepped into the hotel! She was so warm, welcoming, and interactive that she immediately made us feel right at home. She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable throughout our entire stay, checking on us every single day to ensure we had clean towels, a freshly made bed, and everything we needed.We even received complimentary breakfast cards, which was such a thoughtful and appreciated gesture! It’s the little things that make a big difference, and Shannon truly understands what exceptional hospitality looks like.

I don't hate this hotel. The rates are typically cheap, especially for prime non-FQ location on Poydras walkable to the Superdome and Smoothie King Center. It is historic with an opening back in 1907. The lobby is stunning, grand, while being disarming and inviting. That said....you get what you pay for. The FOD staff was one woman who checked in guests slowly in long lines to inevitably tell you your room is not ready (past check-in time). Once checked in, the entry level rooms really are basic. Barely 200 square feet of space, a thundering loud AC, a closet for a bathroom and a shower without lasting hot water. Everything to the lighting and controls and layout were not intuitive. They have themed signature suites on every floor and I stayed in one as a child; I remember it being spacious, distinct, and even luxurious. Entry level rooms are nothing of the sort. Another difference from then: the rooftop pool is permanently closed. Le Pavillon is efficient enough if you want a grand looking hotel with history, good location to everything in NOLA and especially something away from FQ or conveniently located for sporting events. But it operates on Southern Time. Don't expect efficiency or a restful stay.

This was our first time staying at the Le Pavilion. We had a beautiful time. The service was immaculate. The breakfast was spectacular and fulfilling. The building is very luxurious and has a a lot of cool history in those wall. It’s conveniently near the french quarter and bourbon. We will definitely book again!

What a beautiful hotel! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the gorgeous design, atmosphere, and attention to detail. The stunning red velvet bar was one of my favorite features—it has such an elegant, sophisticated feel and creates the perfect setting to sit back, have a drink, and enjoy the live music. The entire hotel is beautifully designed, with a wonderful mix of luxury, warmth, and character. The live music added something really special to the experience and made the evenings feel lively and memorable without taking away from the relaxing atmosphere. Our room was just as lovely, and the bed was incredibly comfortable—exactly what you want after a long day of exploring. Between the beautiful interiors, cozy beds, gorgeous bar, and live entertainment, this hotel has an atmosphere that makes you want to stay awhile and enjoy it rather than simply use it as a place to sleep. A beautiful and memorable stay. I would absolutely stay here again!

Lovely space, GREAT A/C in the rooms, clean everything, friendly helpful reception and valet staff! would stay again!|A fun thing is that they serve free Pb&js & chocolate milk in the lobby at night and had a fun trio playing live music Friday night. If we'd had our kids they would have loved that little detail. NOTE: they DO NOT have a rooftop pool because of damage taken in a storm. We'd booked it mostly for this reason bc lots of Google Photos showed a lovely one and it was in a quieter spot than canal or the FQ. We were pretty disappointed to learn this, but the staff was super accommodating and gave us different hotels nearby that allowed non-guests to swim.

Everything was AMAZING!! We attended the Saints game and at the last minute I found this gem. So glad I did. The location was great and the staff was even better. From the doormen to the housekeepers. Especially Ms. Shawna (lobby tech) My Husband and I talked with her for so long, it was like we had known her for years. We even got to see a wedding and enjoyed the 2nd line band after. Didn't get to taste the pb and j sandwiches but that's a great late night snack I would've enjoyed had I not been too full from dinner. We will definitely be back

I had such a wonderful experience checking into La Pavillon, and I have to give a special shoutout to Ms. Sharon at the front desk! From the moment I arrived, she was so welcoming, warm, friendly, and helpful. Her customer service was exceptional, and honestly, she made me feel like I was coming home rather than checking into a hotel. I saw her again the next morning, and she was just as kind and helpful as she was when I arrived. She assisted me with everything I needed regarding my reservation and even took the time to share helpful information about the hotel. Ms. Sharon has such a genuine, welcoming spirit. She truly made an impression on me and is absolutely an asset to La Pavillon. I would definitely stay here again, and I will absolutely request Ms. Sharon whenever I return. Thank you for making my stay feel so special! ❤️
