⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful experience staying at City Club Hotel in Times Square. I needed a room at the last minute during one of the busiest travel periods, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate me. A special thank you to Jilal and Robenna for their exceptional customer service. They were able to find a room for me despite the peak travel season and made sure I was well taken care of throughout my stay. They were professional, welcoming, attentive, and genuinely committed to making my visit as comfortable as possible. It’s rare to find service that leaves such a positive impression, and their hospitality made all the difference. I highly recommend City Club Hotel to anyone looking for a convenient place to stay in Midtown Manhattan with a team that truly cares about its guests.

It was a weird experience. There was an asian main (jamal) at the reception. Completely unprofessional and arrogant. He asked me to wait about an hour.as he said i can't find ur booking. I asked him to find by booking. But he was busy at phone loudly. I was having cash for deposit. He said once i Will find ur booking then we will see this matter. Rhen after an hour he said i can't. And he didn't let me check in as i was submitting deposit in cash. I can understand the policy as so many reviewers wrote that they don't return the deposit so that's why she didn't let me in. I asked him to request his boss he said he will not he must be sleeping. It was 10 pm. I requested that i am tired... Will check out in morninf. he didn't agree to refund Either. I was tired and insisted begged but he didn't listen. Then i just left. And booked another hotel. This hotel is not recommended they should improve their services and should train their staff that how they should treat customers.

I stayed here for one night with my family, and we had an outstanding experience. Mr. Jilal and the General Manager, Mr. Steve, went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They were incredibly accommodating, ensuring our entire family was on the same floor, and even upgraded us to beautiful loft rooms, which was a wonderful surprise. If you’ve stayed in New York City before, you know that many hotel rooms can feel like shoeboxes. This hotel was the complete opposite. The loft rooms were spacious, modern, exceptionally clean, and provided plenty of room for our family to relax comfortably. The staff throughout the hotel were friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything we needed, making us feel genuinely welcome from check-in to check-out. The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk from Times Square, Bryant Park, and multiple subway stations, making it incredibly convenient to explore everything Manhattan has to offer. I would absolutely stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to my friends and family. If you’re looking for a spacious, clean, well-managed hotel with exceptional service in the heart of NYC, this is an excellent choice.

We had a great stay at City Club Hotel! The location is very convenient to Times Square, multiple attractions and several subway stations. The friendly staff went way out of their way to be very helpful! Vincent, Sebastian, and the 3 J's at the front desk and at the door were all wonderful and really helped us out during our stay. The room and hotel felt very European and has the charm of an older building. We stayed in the Petite double room and really enjoyed it. My parents stayed in the Queen room, which was quite spacious for a city hotel. Our rooms had cotton linens, feather pillows, and decent towels. They also had Bigelow shampoo, conditioner, and soap in the roomy bathroom. The only thing I would change is the food selection at the complimentary breakfast. There was a great coffee machine that had options including lattes and cappuccinos and the fresh oranges were very good, but the muffins, donuts and croissants were bulk and not very good quality. We had three breakfasts there and the selection was the same every day. I was happy that I had brought some oatmeal packets, granola, and dried fruit from home so I could supplement it.

Robenna and Billy helped us out so much! Checking out they told us they could store our luggage while we went to explore and waited for our flight. During our stay every day the cleaning service gave us new towels. Always a welcoming environment, we were greeted every single time by one of the staff members . The room was great, we had plenty of space and didn’t feel cramped. It was close to Times Square, Bryant park and the train stations but it wasn’t overpriced. We will definitely come back and stay again!

The City Club Hotel isn’t the Four Seasons but what they lack in they make up in service and hospitality. Me and my dad stayed two nights at the hotel and we really enjoyed ourselves. The doorman Sebastian greeted us with warm smiles and great service. Then he informed us of places to eat close by and Ragal informed us on how to get around NYC. We spoke sports with them and went to our comfortable room, dated but comfortable. Free breakfast is always good, not too many options but it’s free. Location is unmatched the hotel is close to shopping, Times Square and the public transport so that’s good as well. We came back to a clean room so housekeeping is great as well. Rebecca checked us out and she was a breath of fresh air as well. So overall a great stay especially for first time NY tourists. Will come back. :)

We loved our stay at City Club Hotel. We received a warm welcome at check in. The room was a little outdated but very spacious, bed was comfortable, and was overall charming. Breakfast was good but very simple; baked goods with juice or coffee. We were really impressed with Sebastian. He went out of his way to help us Sunday night. Jay was also friendly.
