We had a great two night stay with our puppy. We know this area well and have stayed at all of the hotels in this vicinity. We chose this location based on pet friendliness and availability and the reliability of the Hilton chain. We were happy with our stay. The property is well kept, our room was comfortable, and reception staff were all super friendly. It’s a convenient hotel for getting into and around the region, as it’s right off the QEW. We loved the pet treats provided at check in. Nice touch!

During our two-day visit to Niagara, my husband and I ate at this restaurant twice. Both times, we were warmly welcomed by Krishia and expertly served by Barb. We found both of these staff members to be incredibly attentive, friendly, and a genuine pleasure to interact with. We are grateful for this level of service, as exceptional service is increasingly rare these days. Both staff members went above and beyond our expectations. We really enjoyed our time here, and the food was outstanding! If I'm ever in the area again, I'll definitely return here.

We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Niagara-on-the-Lake over the weekend for a soccer tournament, and overall it was a great experience. The location was very convenient—just minutes from the outlet mall and nicely situated just outside the busy Niagara Falls area, which made it quieter and easier to get around. The hotel facilities were well maintained, and the rooms were spacious, which worked perfectly for our group. It was great having enough space for teammates and families to gather comfortably in one area without feeling cramped. Overall, a solid choice for families and teams traveling for tournaments or events. Would definitely consider staying here again.

We recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Niagara on the lake for my birthday weekend, and it was honestly one of the cleanest hotels we’ve ever stayed at in Niagara Falls. We traveled as a family with two young kids, and they absolutely loved the pool and hot tub — it made the stay even more enjoyable for them. The entire hotel had such a welcoming, family-friendly vibe, and the staff were incredibly friendly, courteous, and kind throughout our stay. The rooms were spotless, the beds were very comfortable, and the bathrooms were extremely clean — which is always a big plus for us. One of the highlights was the complimentary breakfast. On weekends, they offer a buffet, and during the week you can order from the menu — all included, which was amazing for a family of four. Free parking was another huge bonus, especially in Niagara Falls where parking is usually an added expense. The location is very convenient — close to the highway, shopping areas like Canada One Factory Outlets, and attractions like Butterfly Conservatory, which we visited and loved. There are also plenty of food options within a short drive, and even some right across the street if you don’t feel like going far. Overall, this was by far one of our best stays in the Niagara. Highly recommend for families — we’ll definitely be back!

I just stayed at this property for the second time in 2 weeks. I had a large group with me each time. 41 last week and 38 this week. Rooms are clean, comfortable and well appointed. Hotel staff goes above and beyond to make each guest feel welcome and to meet our lodging needs appropriately. I watched the GM and AGM load luggage, serve breakfast and greet guests. The breakfast attendants do a great job of serving up a hot, fresh, huge breakfast buffet. I look forward to staying there next year.

Probably the worst restaurant experience I’ve had so far. vvvvvvv The service was really bad. No sense of urgency and completely oblivious from the waitresses. The restaurant wasn’t even busy and it took forever to get our meals. Our table was served with some fresh room temperature water. I had to ask for water because my glass was empty for about 30 minutes and not once did the waitress come to check up on my table. To top it off, the food was just as bad as the service. I ordered the daily nacho platter. When it was delivered, it didn’t come with the guacamole like it said it would, the dish was room temperature, and the nachos were a bit hard. It tasted like it had been sitting ready for 15-20 minutes before finally arriving to my table. This hotel has demonstrated a lack of hospitality and training it seems—since the waitress, and hotel staff, didn’t know how to split a bill and print off a copy of the receipt. If the food and service reflect how the hotel operates, then I’m so glad I didn’t book a stay here.

Travel to Niagara quite a bit and usually book the Hilton NOTL. The locations is a lot more convenient than you may thing (everything you could want is 15 min or less), pool and hot tub are great, lots of parking. Staff have always been great and they have an amazing restaurant for breakfast definitely add that package onto your stay. It’s also one of the few remaining pet friendly hotel in the area with lots of green space for them to go out. Only complaint would be they don’t offer paid late check out as we always want to stay a little longer
