This is a small, simple hotel that's perfectly located to walk to the beach, train station, tram, bars, restaurants, and shops. Based on our stays in other European hotels, we'd say this is a 3-star hotel. We booked a deluxe room, which we thought was very small and basic and badly in need of an upgrade. The orange carpet, basic dark furniture, and peeling wallpaper looked really tired and dated. The beds and pillows, however, were super comfy. The bathroom had been updated and had all the toiletries you'd need, but the towels were a bit on the small side. The breakfast, at €20 per person, offered a simple selection that would suit most people. The aircon and WiFi worked great, but the rooms weren't soundproofed from the neighbors. All of the staff are really friendly, polite, and helpful.

Great location and a short walk to the promenade and beach so that you are not in the busy part and can get a good quiet night's rest. The room could have been a bit larger but that is not unusual in Europe. The breakfast was very good by having freshly squeezed orange juice and an omelette/egg station. Lots of variety for everyone. The staff were great! Very friendly and helpful! The garden area was nice although I wish they had a pool during the very hot weather during our stay. Definitely would consider staying again...

Lovely friendly reception staff. The room was simple, clean and quiet. Great bed - I slept really well. Good breakfast and great coffee. The location is fantastic. Quiet but very close to the beach and surrounded by bakeries, shops, bars and restaurants. I was there for work but a local colleague took me all over Nice and we walked everywhere. Safe was too small for a laptop and replacement water was missed a couple of times but minor issues.

This is definitely not a four star hotel. I’ve never had to get my own water and towels at the receptionist, and bring all my luggage to the room with no help from the team at all. Plus, the hallways smell like sewage, And the bedsheets are not clean. Some of the receptionists are nice, but some are just very unwelcoming.

Brice Garden Best Western is a marvelous hotel. I was so pleased to stay there. From the welcoming front desk to the lovely peaceful garden - truly an oasis. Easy to reach all parts of Nice, and the sea is only a few blocks away. My room was great too with a perfect view over the garden. Clean, well run & efficient hotel. Loved it! All of the staff were great - Enrique gets special mention as he was always kind, funny & helpful. He also serves a great beer in the garden - perfect for relaxing. Thank you again and if I ever need a hotel in Nice again - this is where I’ll stay.

The hotel location was fantastic, with everything we needed close by. The staff were very professional, friendly and helpful, and provided us with excellent guidance and useful information throughout our stay. The breakfast was lovely, with a good selection of food, and we especially enjoyed the fresh orange juice. The bed was very comfortable, and our room was cleaned every day to a high standard, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel is surrounded by plenty of restaurants and cafés, making it easy to enjoy a nice meal or evening out. There are also many retail shops nearby, and the beach is conveniently located within easy reach. Overall, we had a very pleasant and comfortable stay and would happily recommend this hotel to family and friends.|We would definitely consider staying here again.

Great people at reception. Beautiful sitting area outside the front of the hotel with extensive landscaping. Our room is more than adequate, and the beds and pillows are very comfortable. The location is perfect, as it is on a quiet street, yet only a 5 minute walk to beautiful parks and the promenade by the sea. With a prior reservation, we also accessed the parking garage directly across the street from the hotel. Very convenient
