Hotel Aria was a good choice; the location is excellent—close to the train station and the airport train, making it very convenient. The room was spacious, clean, and cozy, and featured a small balcony. The only downside was the lack of available power outlets—there were only two—which is a bit inconvenient these days when everything needs charging. Otherwise, everything was perfect, especially the staff, who were kind, friendly, and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

Our overall experience with this hotel was good. We were very happy with the staff there. They were all super friendly and welcoming. The location of this hotel is very good. It’s just a short walk to the train station, city centre or the beach. The room itself was decent. It was clean and had everything you need but it is a little bit old. The floor and the bathroom door definitely need some renovation.

Great Hotel. Well located just 7 minutes from train station and 15 minutes from promenade. Very good reception staff. Room was better than expected with a comfortable bed. Great old lift. My wife took all our luggage in the lift and I went up the stairs. Lots of good well priced eating areas close by. Mozart Park opposite was fun watching the dogs being given some exercise. Would stay again.

A wonderful, charming boutique hotel! The location is excellent, within walking distance of all the main attractions. The hotel is spotlessly clean, and the staff are incredibly kind, friendly, and attentive. They always made sure we were enjoying our stay and asked if we needed anything. A lovely surprise was the personalized welcome card waiting for us upon arrival. I would be delighted to stay at this hotel again and would highly recommend it to my friends and family. Thank you!

We arrived in Nice after a long drive from Italy, just looking for a comfortable place to rest, and found Hotel Aria on Booking.com. From the moment we called, we were impressed—Russel at reception was incredibly friendly and helpful. He offered us a choice of three rooms and made the whole process easy and stress-free. The room was clean and comfortable, exactly what we needed after a long journey. Russel also clearly explained the parking situation, directing us to a secure paid parking area across the road (not part of the hotel), which was very helpful. He was always smiling and went out of his way to assist us. Overall, a great experience thanks to the excellent service and welcoming atmosphere. Would definitely recommend!

We had a pleasant stay at Aria when we were in Nice. Walking distance from the Gare de Nice Ville. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet is do good, with small croissants, fresh orange juice, cheese, fresh coffee, eggs (all self-serving, which we enjoyed doing). You can walk from the hotel to the tram station, to restaurants, gelato place, our favorite bakery. A very cozy little restaurant called L' Antica is next door (another favorite)

The location is perfect and we received a nice welcome. However, something needs to be done about the noise in the rooms, housekeeping starts early and you can hear everything from the outside, in the room. We even hung out a do not disturb sign, which was not respected. Nice bathroom, but the rooms is in need of renovation.
