In my opinion, it’s located in one of the best areas to stay in Nice. It’s surrounded by cafes and bars, and you can walk almost anywhere. The staff were very helpful. The rooms were beautifully and modernly furnished. As the city slowly woke up in the morning, enjoying the hotel’s breakfast on the open terrace was truly delightful 👍🏻

We really enjoyed our stay last weekend at Hotel du Pin. Despite the room being small, everything is super well laid out and optimised. Several mirrors and plugs super handy. The bed and linens were great. Liked that they provide two types of pillows by default! And the location is the best to explore the city

From check in to the stay this hotel was really good. The staff were very attentive and professional. Rafael and Conny were great and went above and beyond to make our stay as great possible. The location was good with loads of restaurants and bars located within a short walking distance from the hotel. Would highly recommend for a nice location and easy availability into the local town centre.

Fantastic location. Rooms are very very small though (which maybe can be expected given the location of the older part of the city). They also have had a separate dedicated coworking space that is complimentary for guests which was very convenient for us. Service was great.

This hotel has two extremes: 1. The rooms are really nice—spacious, very clean—and I finally found a shower stall that’s spotless and has a door that actually works; this part deserves 5 stars. 2. The breakfast is a disaster/horrible—there’s practically nothing to eat… it’s in a totally inappropriate location; during the day and at night it’s a bar, and in the morning they serve you croissants with sausages. My advice: skip breakfast or completely overhaul this aspect—even the dining area looks kind of dirty and unkempt, so I’m giving it a 0. And the parking ad is a bit misleading—they only have 15 spots, it’s 20 euros a day, and it’s a matter of luck because they don’t guarantee you’ll get a spot. Overall, it’s very good for sleeping, but the breakfast is a disaster.

This hotel is a bit of a gem! Typically French small rooms, not fancy, but nicely appointed. The beds are great, the hotel clean and the desk attendants knowledgeable and kind. The prices can’t be beat, and the location is excellent (easy stroll to the tram, excellent restaurants and cafes all around.

Having just spent 16 nights at this hotel, I understand the positive reviews. In its price category, this hotel deserves 5 stars. Our Privilege room was clean and comfortable with tv, free wi fi, air conditioning, small bar fridge that we stocked with drinks from nearby grocery stores, hair dryer and coffee machine with pods. Our windows opened over busy restaurants below but when closed muted the sounds so we could get a good nights sleep. Reception also had free filtered water that we filled our bottles with. Breakfast downstairs was included, ample and consistent. However, what made this hotel an instant 5 star favourite was two important things - 1. The location. Walking distance to fabulous restaurants, cafes, laundromat, boulangeries, old Nice, markets, Colline du Chateau (Castle Hill), the Port, photography museum, public transport to historic towns and much more. 2. The staff. No matter the hour, the front desk staff were always warm and welcoming to us. The hard working cleaners kept our room impeccable. Thank you. The breakfast team at Foam (also a micro brewery) kept a constant eye on the breakfast bar, re filling and promptly clearing tables so that no matter what time you arrived for breakfast, you didn't miss out on anything. Though my husband appreciated everything from the yoghurt, cereal and fruit, to the eggs, little sausages, croissants and pain au chocolate, my absolute bliss was simply a coffee (or three), a chunk of warm baguette with butter and apricot jam and a good book, by the window overlooking the beautiful streets of Nice. Absolute bliss 🥰 Thank you for our stay. Highly recommend,

Brilliant hotel. Room is clean and comfy. Connie on the reception was really kind & helpful! The area is great, close to tram and popular street with restaurants/ bars. The breakfast isn’t the best, but for the price it’s ok and I just have pastries and a hot drink. Would definitely recommend.
