We had a fantastic time staying at the hotel. The entire staff was incredible. Charlotte was kind and patient and was able to assist with directions, local travel instructions, and dinner reservations. We were made to feel welcome from the first moment we entered and greeted warmly by every department during our stay. Stunning views, rooftop bar, relaxing pool, and an excellent restaurant onsite. Thank you for making the week so special.

Location is perfect… on the sea near the old town. The concierge was amazing. Incredibly helpful and friendly. Really went above and beyond with restaurant reservations, directions and transportation. However, the service at breakfast and at the roof top bar was very poor. You needed to get up and find a waiter to order coffee or get a drink. We didn’t go to the roof top bar our last night because we knew it would be difficult to order drinks and there are almost no customers.

This is my second stay here, first in 2014 now in 2026. I love this hotel. This time we stayed in the Junior Suite with balcony and it didn’t disappoint! We had a very large balcony with incredible views of the water and the promenade. Service at the hotel was fantastic and the restaurant was as well. We ate breakfast, 1 lunch and 1 dinner at the restaurant, an intimate setting. Highly recommend.

What a lovely traditional quaint hotel - we loved it. From the sort of a 1950's glamorous vibe to the amazing sea views, it exceeded all our expectations. We had an excellent dinner in the restaurant outside on the patio, which had a lovely very French evening atmosphere, and breakfast, included in the price, was very good as well. The hotel is in a superb position, on the edge of the old town and the harbour, so it was very easy to go everywhere. The staff were so very welcoming, we will stay here again when we come back to NIce.

Superior double room has nothing superior about it. Room decor dated, dirty and in need of refurbishment. Double room had a connecting door impacting privacy, could hear people next door. No private balcony, its a long terrace shared with others. Bathroom is old and lots of scraps and marks on door, shower head is old and can't be adjusted, you need to hold it to get any benefit from it. The bed had a split in the middle like 2 single beds pushed together which was uncomfortable. The noise levels were high given the room is close to the restaurant so breakfast set up starts at 6.30am and then dinner noise continues until 11pm making the room unsuitable if you plan to sleep. The room requires you to use 2 steps of steps so not suitable for people with accessibility issues. I did ask hotel to change the room but it wasn't possible. Paying approx 650 euros a night was definitely not worth it. Staff were nice which is why the score isnt zero.

Stayed here for 4 nights in a room with a sea view and loved every moment of it. While of course the view from the room was incredible, the room itself was great generally with powerful AC (not a given in Europe!), a comfy bed, and nice bathroom. Bit of a walk/trek to the Nice train station though worth it given its location to old town and the beach. Excellent value for the cost of the room!

Lovely stay. The views of the sea were stunning. Air conditioning was great, room was spotless, patio was worth the splurge. Dinner in the Patio was memorable. Service was excellent and food was elegant, but not too "foo foo" and filling. We had the Onion tart. Loup and Veal. The Rose' Callis was perfect. Breakfast was wonderful and Fabian and the young man were the bright spot of everyday. Another very impressive employee was Charlotte at the front desk. Her smile and friendly advice was appreciated. The Perouse is the perfect high-end property without being pretentious. Five!
