I travel the world for business and this trip was with my wife for a quicker stop on vacation on our way to Italy. What a fine hotel. The check in experience gives it away with gracious service and a personal introduction to our room. The rooftop bar and restaurant (annd pool) are worth the stay alone. Located approximately 3-4 hundred feet from the promenade/beach and a short 5-10 minute walk to old town. Right around the corner from the hotel is a lively restaurant/bar/shopping scene. Mainly tourists but all fun. Highly recommend this high end modern hotel. We upgraded to the Jr Suite but I’m sure all rooms are very high end. The Jr suite though has a freestanding soaking tub where most rooms have shower only. Will stays again for sure.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Maison Albar Hotels Le Victoria.Upon arrival, we were thoughtfully upgraded to a single-occupancy room for our 3-night stay, as the twin room category was fully booked — a gesture we really appreciated. The room itself was exceptional. The mattress and pillows were among the most comfortable we’ve experienced, ensuring a great night’s rest throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the balcony, which added a relaxing touch to the overall experience.The service was outstanding — attentive, warm, and consistently professional. The team truly made us feel well taken care of.Location-wise, it is perfectly positioned in the heart of the city. Luxury boutiques such as Louis Vuitton, Chanel, and Balenciaga are just a few steps away, with many other shops and attractions within easy walking distance — extremely convenient for both shopping and exploring.The only area for improvement would be the gym facilities, which are relatively limited. However, we easily found a well-equipped local gym just a 2-minute walk away, offering a great alternative with a more complete setup and lively atmosphere.Overall, a fantastic stay with comfort, service, and location all coming together beautifully. We would definitely return. ✨

Having never been to Nice before this hotel was the perfect spot to land! The location was excellent and the accommodation was also so lovely. Out room was beautiful and we were greeted with fresh fruit and a local pastry. We had a gorgeous view of the sea from our balcony. The pool was beautiful with perfect service and the lunch we had at the pool deck was delicious.

Wonderful hotel experience from start to finish! The staff was warm, welcoming, and always happy to help. My room was clean, comfortable, beautiful, well-maintained, and the entire property had a relaxing, stunning atmosphere. The location was convenient, and check-in and check-out were both quick and easy. I truly enjoyed my stay and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. I’ll definitely stay here again!

The hotel is fantastic! location, service, rooms and spa. The staff there are very attentive to your needs. We had breakfast included in our booking and it was wonderful. The food and the view were truly memorable. Shout out to Eric who made every morning a lovely experience during our breakfast. The service manager, Guanelle was super helpful and friendly. She went out of her way to make sure we were enjoying our stay. I had two spa treatments from Maria and they were exceptional. Highly recommend this hotel!

We had an outstanding stay at Maison Albar- Le Victoria for our honeymoon in Nice. The whole hotel was luxurious without being pretentious and our room was everything we hoped for regarding space, comfort, and touches of elegance. Every staff member we encountered was kind, helpful, and super pleasant. The location was also perfect for walks to key areas of Nice and close to the train for all of our travels to nearby Riviera towns. Thanks to Maison Albar for making our honeymoon perfect!

Staff was very attentive and our room was well-addressed with essentials. Bedding and pillow were luxurious. Bathroom was spacious and had everything required for a comfortable stay. The closet worked well for our week stay and lots of full-length mirrors to check your fit.

I’m very sorry to say this, but this hotel looks like a 5-star hotel only on the surface, while the service quality was extremely poor. I did not experience a professional or welcoming attitude when asking where we could sit to have coffee. The coffee cups were strange, and the cappuccino cup looked very cheap and didn’t even have a handle — it honestly felt like being served coffee in a regular drinking glass. There was not even sugar on the table or a glass of water to drink after the coffee. For such a large hotel, the swimming pool on the rooftop was unbelievably small — even smaller than the pool of a private villa. It was very disappointing to see such weak service standards for a hotel that charges nearly €1000 per night. What was even more surprising was the hotel security. We arrived at the hotel at 1 AM and there was nobody in the lobby. Then again, when we left the hotel at 3 AM, there was still nobody there. It honestly felt as if everyone was asleep. In my opinion, this hotel is definitely not worth €1000 per night and feels much more like a 4-star hotel than a true 5-star experience.
