not worth your money. the room is very simple, breakfast is normal. check in lobby has nothing to shout about. their breakfast egg station only serve omelet and clearly stated no condiments to add - just plain, no scramble egg, sunny shine up whatsoever to choose. my as well close the station and serve them on chafing dish. plus point is their location near to aquarium and emerald beach and free parking. i'm comparing them with Oriental hotel which is just 2/3 of their price and have much better room and breakfast.

An excellent hotel with wonderful, responsive staff. The room had everything we needed and a balcony with a stunning view. Of all the hotels we stayed in Okinawa this one was the cleanest. There were 4 free beers in the fridge and free drinks from 3 to 10 p.m. The restaurant served excellent, delicious food. It's a sad that the beach was closed due to a typhoon and jellyfish. However, 2 pools were open, both with warm water. If I return to Okinawa, I'll definitely stay at this magnificent hotel.

As with all Japanese hotels I have ever stayed in ....maybe 30 or so, the service was impeccable. Rooms were very large, all with balconies, sea views, good beds and bedding, Aircon, excellent bathrooms, limited coffee and tea making, internet TV etc. Two out of the 5 onsite restaurants were shut... apparently permanently as was part of the spa. Beaches were super safe and beautiful but sea was vv cold as was the outdoor pool. Restaurants in the area were very limited - the best required a car. There was no bar in the hotel except for beer, no coffee bar or all day cafe apart from the all day dining option - a bit pricey for a coffee and a sandwich. Place is fine for a couple of days but the North of the island is not the best for tourists in terms of activities - especially if the weather is variable ..

Overall great experience. Rooms are very spacious for Japan, and comfortable with an amazing view over Emerald beach, which is 5 min walking. The staff is attentive, though expect some limited English from some. Restaurants are a bit overpriced for what they offer. We tried the teppanyaki, which was fine overall but a bit expensive (50-60$/person) for the meat quality they offered. The only downside is that the hotel is quite far from the city. There is a Lawson 5 min walking which is good in case of need. But I would recommend having a car if you plan to go around.

It is clean and new style decoration that you can relax. The ocean view is fantastic.Breakfast chiice is plenty.But the security issue there is. Yiu can easily access to the beach and other areas. And no security guard is nearby when you walk through at the night. And access to the guest rooms floors is of no difficulty.

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Overpriced and Lacking Service Our family stay was highly unsatisfactory due to multiple service failures. First, staff aggressively demanded we leave the infinity pool area because it is reserved for club guests—without even bothering to ask if we were club guests. Ironically, you can’t even access the area without a keycard anyway, making their confrontational approach entirely unnecessary. Second, we found hair in our food at the hotel’s yakiniku restaurant. While mistakes happen, the hotel's idea of an apology was an insulting $5 discount. Third, on Monday, the hotel closed all of its dining options except for one. We couldn't even eat at that remaining restaurant because it was fully booked by tour groups. Because the resort is isolated with no stores or restaurants nearby, we were essentially left with no way to get dinner. Finally, at checkout, they tried to charge us extra for our 4-year-old’s breakfast buffet. Their policy dictates that club guests eat free so yet another disappointment. This place does not offer true resort service. Save your money and go somewhere that actually values its guests.

A wonderful beachfront resort with breathtaking ocean views and spacious, comfortable rooms. We had dinner at Kari Izakaya Restaurant, and the food was delicious. The only downside was that the room soundproofing could be better, as we could clearly hear people talking and walking in the hallway outside the room.

Breakfast was included and had a great spread. We also enjoyed the beach that was steps from the resort and was very clean, had beautiful sand and water. There was also the outdoor pool and a fun Orion gift shop. There’s welcome drinks and we got to try Orion Watta. The room was clean and the view we had was amazing. Steps from the aquarium and a Family Mart as well. R
