We stayed here for 4 nights during the rainy season. Unfortunately, the weather was not as good as we had hoped, but the hotel’s food, service, and beautiful room completely made us forget about the bad weather. Definitely worth visiting. Breakfast was excellent, with five different plate options including Japanese style, waffles, American style, and acai bowls. There was also a nice salad bar, drink bar, and delicious croissants. The hotel staff were always smiling and welcoming. Many staff members could speak English, which made us feel very comfortable as there were many guests from East Asian countries. Our room was actually too big for just two people — it had two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It would be perfect for two families or a group staying together. We truly had a wonderful and memorable stay. Hope to come back again someday.

Overall good experience, staff couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. Abit out of the way of the centre but with a hire car totally fine and can park it just outside of the hotel room. Hotel room was massive pictures do not do it justice. I seen a lot of complaints prior to my stay but we experienced the complete opposite, we would stay again.

we could finally relax in this beautiful peaceful place after a week of city hopping throughout japan! the location and the views are amazing but we expected more on the service side! :/ staff is friendly and helpful but beware it’s not really a hotel but more like an apartments complex! the bar- restaurant is only open from 2-6pm (no breakfast, no dinner). they don’t have enough sunbeds in the terrace and they get packed fast if the hotel is full. we had to eat out every single day of the 4 days we stayed, but that’s okay because there are many amazing restaurants in the town nearby: ishigaki. local food is a treat! you’ll need a car if you stay here as it’s out of town with insufficient public transportation ;)

To management: Improvements for non Japanese travelers: 1: More english information in rooms 2: More variety of food for breakfast and dinner. 3: More English from employees To be aware for Non Japanese travelers: 1: The half board options includes breakfast and dinner: Dinner: You will have to choose between two options (yakinuku or hotpot). Then they will bring it to your room and you will have to cook it. Once you are finish you will call and they will come clean. Breakfast: There is no buffet. You have 3 to 4 options to choose. One fried egg with bacon, açai bowl, french toast and the japanese breakfast with miso soup, etc. You will have breakfast at the restaurant close to the pool. Lunch: You have to pay for lunch, its not expensive and you have some ok options. In general, food is ok, but you get tired of same options every day. We only been here 3 days, so imagine if we would stay one week. You can also cook in the room, the kitchen is very nice and is separated from the bedroom. 2. There isnt a beach at this hotel. The image you see on their website is the end of the ocean connecting to a river. However, the pool and its views are very good. The good thing here is that this hotel is frequented by Japanese and there is few or none people at the pool. 3. Check in is at 3pm, so if you come earlier than that you wont be able to go into your room. Maybe they do an exception and let you come in around 2pm. 4. You need a CAR, its a must. Otherwise you wont be able to leave the hotel to see the island. Must international driver license to rent a car in Japan. 5. We came late September and the temperature was about 30-35 degrees. 6. The rooms are very good. Big, clean and comfortable. The only thing is that there wasnt a double bed. 7. The feeling of peace and quite hotel, which was really nice. 8. The staff, was very nice even though there was only one employee that spoke english. 9. Massage they bring an outsider, however, she does the massage inside the room and in the bed you sleep. Didnt like that. 10. The gym has nice views, however, there is no weights. Only some few old machines and pull up bar. Overall, we recommend this hotel, but we would for sure take the only breakfast option or just the sleep option if possible and I would rent a car. If you do that, great choice to stay in Ishigaki a few days.

Fantastic hotel! Beautiful property, delicious food, and excellent service. Our room, an Ocean View 2nd Floor, Executive Suite, 2 Bedrooms, was incredibly spacious with several closets, plenty of counter space, two full bathrooms, full kitchen, and a large terrace overlooking the water. The front desk staff, Mariko Okada and Shuhei Matsumoto, were outstanding – knowledgeable, prompt, and personable. I contacted them by email before arrival and all of their recommendations and bookings were excellent. The hotel is well located – just 10 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from downtown and many of the attractions. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect resort hotel if you are looking for a quiet place to stay at. Spacious room, with all kitchen appliances, nice living area and dining area, definitely feel like home. Super quiet area, u won't disturbed by neighbours at all. Will come back to this resort hotel again for sure. It's a bit far from the town but taxi one way only 1800yen, it's easy to get one by didi app.

The suite that we stayed is more than sufficient to accommodate at least two families of four each, there was two kitchens and two big washrooms in the same unit 😮 Their facilities are well-maintained, everywhere is sparklingly clean and shinny 🤩. Our room rate was including semi buffet breakfast, there were not many choices but every menu item was fresh and tasty! We love the hotel and hope we can stay there again!!
