**Currently staying. Here now 10/21-10/25. This is my second time staying this hotel and I was dreading it before my stay and after arriving here this evening it’s only validated my feelings. I only book this hotel because of a convention held at this location that I attend. This place is absolutely disgusting. The rooms are dated and filthy. The carpet in the rooms turns the bottoms of your socks black after walk on it for a few minutes. I’ve found toe nail clippings on the floor from previous guests I assume that were never cleaned up. My previous stay I had to deal with the toilet constantly running even after maintenance was made aware. They charge $38 a night to park here and if you have issues at the gate, the help button doesn’t do anything. I still have nights left of my stay in this hotel and I want it to be over so fast because I absolutely hate staying in this nasty place so much. Even with a discounted rate, it is NOT worth the $190 per night to stay here. If the con is held here again on the future I will be booking a different hotel offsite and walk/drive here because there’s no way I will ever put myself through staying here ever again.

We checked in last night and I was so nervous about the cleanliness of the room based on so many negative reviews. Our room was spotless and it smelled pleasant. The king suite was worth the upgrade, it was comfortable and everyone we encountered was friendly and eager to assist. The warm cookies were another plus! Parking was pretty easy to find. Shout out to Blanca who was so helpful and nice!

What is shown online does not accurately reflect the actual property. The accommodations resemble a motel and appear quite dated. There was a noticeable sewer odor that entered the room. While the bedding initially looked acceptable, mold was visible inside the cotton filled covers when the lights were off and the TV light was on. I contacted the front desk for replacements, but they were not provided until the following morning.The location was convenient and the price was affordable. The pools were large and well maintained, which was a positive aspect of the stay.

Great location! The hotel is very close (walking distance) to Seaworld. The service at Leguna was great! Alejandro took great care of us the first day and Teresa was awesome the second day. The facilities have some problems. The railing across from the building 9/10 stairway on the second floor, pool side, has a missing spindle with screws hanging out from a previous repair. A two year old can easily fit through it. Guest services was notified and more than 24 hours later, it is still not repaired or blocked in any way. The staff (Teresa and Alejandro) and the location make it a great place to stay!

So, I booked a room 2 weeks in advance. I had a question regarding my stay and I was shuffled from guest services, to reservations, to the 1 800 number, and then transferred to the front desk where i was put on hold and waited 20 mins (No that is not a joke). I still can't get a hold of ANYONE to answer a single, simple question. Don't waste your time, book your stay somewhere else. Update: I am a long time Hilton Honors member. We stayed at the Hotel for 1 night (Rm 1603). When we checked in there was a cockaroach about 2 inches long and dead in our room. I made a complaint with Guest Services and they said they were going to send someone to remove it. Long story short, we got upgraded to a new room (1007). In the new room there was not hot water to take a show. Guest services said, let the water run between 5-10 minutes and then try the water. Through trial and error, we learned to make the hot water run, you have to flush the toilet to get the hot water to work. Should I tell you about the food at the hotel? Horrible. I will no longer stay at another Hilton Hotel. The service is dead, the rooms are not up to par and the food is terrible.

Fantastic stay from start to finish! The rooms were spotless, spacious, and super comfortable, with that famous warm chocolate chip cookie waiting at check-in — such a nice touch. The service was outstanding, staff were friendly, attentive, and quick to help with anything we needed. The location is perfect for anyone visiting the theme parks, close to everything but still peaceful enough to relax after a long day. The pool area and amenities were great for the whole family. We'll definitely be booking here again on our next Orlando trip. Highly recommend!

my flight was delayed by 4hrs, but they were kind enough to let me check in at 2am. Edward took care of my check in and was 1 of the most helpful hotel staff i have ever met. knowing it was my birthday weekend he gave me a great upgrade as well and was kind enough to stay throughout my check in process!!! i’d definitely be coming back here

So let me start with that I am a gold member and they still charge u 40$ for parking. The villas are a dump. Roaches and smells like mold. Atmosphere is amazing . Food was great at the Laguna. But I gave the server a tip and when everything was said it done I noticed they already automatically charged me 13.50 for a tip then I blinding gave him a tip. For a party of two there should not be a automatic gratituy charge. Both bars were amazing. Pool very clean. Just disappointed the rooms were not to a hilton par.
