Google· 3 weeks agoManagement and staff were great. This is a 5-star review because they are graded on them. Nice hotel in a pretty convenient location. This note is for Embassy Suites upper-level management: update the bathrooms in this property. Faucets with not enough pressure, older toilets, showers, etc. Really the only thing that needs attention. Would recommend for families who want to save some $$ on Disney-adjacent property with pool, restaurant, etc. Note: shuttle is NOT continuous. Your resort fee does include the shuttle but it’s a couple of times early and late.

Google· 3 months agoRoom was very large, service was great. Food was just ok. I liked the outdoor pool. What really broke the experience for me, however was how loud the music was even on weeknights and how late it played. I got the lanai room, and we were there for a conference. It was impossible to fall asleep before 11 pm and we had class starting at 6 am some days. Lanai room sounds great... it wasn't. I do not recommend staying outside if you need sleep. Top that with screaming people in the pool till all hours of the night.

Tripadvisor· a month agoI appreciated their quick room service as well as their gluten free food options. However I was left unhappy. We did not get checked in until two hours late causing us to almost miss our nonrefundable dinner reservations that we had to beg to be let into. When we got our keys we were not informed about directions to our room (which ended up being outside) and had to go back and ask because we couldn’t find it. We also were not told how breakfast, evening reception, or outdoor activities worked or any rules or regulations that go with said things. They also set us up in a room with one king bed for my friend and I, when we had specifically booked two queens so that we would both have a place to sleep. When I brought this up to them they blamed over booking and pretty much said “you get what you get”. I get things happen, but as a big hotel working in the midst of two great tourist spots, they should be more experienced and able to handle that better. When we got in there it also smelled like sewer and there was water all over the floors leaking from the sinks. During the morning after check in our toilet broke and would not flush and matainence had to fix it. Also none of their ice machines worked-that we could find, we gave up after going to 4 different ones. After our stay they asked a rating, which I gave low, and when they asked why I told them. They said a team member would be with me in the next few days to resolve and talk about said issues, and no one ever did. Disappointed and unimpressed, I expected better.

Google· 2 months agoLovely, roomy hotel for families. Always felt we had space for everyone. Pool was always well looked after, and we had a great time some evenings at the bar. We used Lyft for parks universal and Disney as the hotel transport was very poorly timed for us - could be better for other families. Great location and always around 20 minutes to every park. We visited Florida Mall too and this was only around 20 minutes away. We had two rooms, family of 6, with 5 adults and a 10 year old. Having two bedrooms (pull out bed in the living are), was a huge advantage for us. The staff were great, and allow us to order take out to eat in the main seating area. Breakfast was a little too similar after two weeks, but it was always well prepared - the fresh omelettes were a great touch! The free managers drinks were great around 5.30pm with wine and beer on the menu! It’s been a great stay!

Tripadvisor· 3 weeks agoMy husband and I enjoyed the full breakfast every morning.The staff was very accommodating and kind.Amenities were awesome with the swimming pool, basketball court and gaming areas. Movie nights were a nice touch. The rooms were clean and the beds were so comfy. A 10 rating for me because vacation was so restful and relaxed at Embassy!!!

Google· Edited a month agoEmbassy Suites Lake Buena Vista Resort – Very Disappointing I have stayed at Embassy Suites many times over the years, and one of the things I always appreciated was the great breakfast and the evening happy hour, with decent snacks and drinks. Those were some of the reasons I chose to stay here again. Unfortunately, the experience this time was a huge disappointment. It seems Embassy Suites has discovered a new way to save money: remove the things that actually made the stay enjoyable. They have apparently taken the “happy” out of happy hour. The snacks that used to include warm chicken wings or something similar have now been reduced to chips and popcorn. The selection of drinks has also been significantly cut back. At this point, calling it “happy hour” feels a little optimistic. Breakfast has gone the same way. The omelets are still very good, but almost everything else seems to have been cut back to the bare minimum. When you compare what is now offered with other hotels charging roughly half the price, the value simply isn't there anymore. And then there is the parking. I have stayed in many hotels over the years, and I honestly cannot remember the last time I had to pay $25 per night just to park my car when staying at the hotel. At this location, having a car is hardly optional, so the parking fee feels less like an optional service and more like an additional hotel tax. None of these things individually would necessarily ruin a stay. But when you combine the reduced happy hour, the reduced breakfast and the $25 nightly parking charge, the overall value has changed dramatically. I came back because I remembered what made Embassy Suites worth choosing. Unfortunately, those things seem to have disappeared while the prices haven't. A very disappointing experience. Enough is enough — I won't be staying at Embassy Suites again. On top of this I have just been presented additional charges after having checked out. They have charged my card without my permisson.

The resort is amazing and the location is perfect, especially if you’re visiting the Disney parks. I loved the convenience of having a shuttle available to the parks, along with restaurants right on the property. The rooms were immaculately clean and comfortable, and every staff member I encountered was friendly, welcoming, and professional. Everything about my stay made it easy to relax and enjoy my time in Orlando. I truly enjoyed my experience and would definitely stay here again. I would also highly recommend Embassy Suites Lake Buena Vista to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and convenient place to stay near Disney. Definitely a 5-star experience for me!
