We had a great time during our 3 night stay! The location is wonderful and the staff are so kind. We loved how big the pools were, it never felt crowded. The room was fantastic, so clean and the perfect amount of space for our 4 person family. My only complaint is that the provisions market staff are incredibly slow. I stood in front of the person checking people out for a few minutes before she looked up from her phone to acknowledge me, then she moved at a snails pace. They also play Christian worship music very loudly in there which is both deeply off putting and also made it hard for me to focus. Not everybody is Christian, and this is an international hotel. I feel like classical music or even quiet pop would have been a significantly better and more inclusive choice for the guests. I believe Hilton also has a policy against it. I chose not to say anything during my stay because I didn’t want to risk our stay being less enjoyable if it made staff upset.

The layout of the hotel was very nice. The walking paths and central location of the pool was well thought out. The grill at the pool was excellent.

We usually stay at the Tuscany Village but somehow I accidentally booked this place instead. Ended up being a great choice coming here for the first time. Check in experience was good. Weren’t harassed the whole trip unlike at the other resort. The room was big and spacious with nice decor. A few things were still dirty but overall a great room. The resort was nice and not overly busy could just be the time that we booked but we enjoyed that. Pool area was great and we could reserve our seats right online which was a great perk as an owner. They had daily activities and games which were entertaining. The pool bar was solid. All of the food was good drinks good as well. Couple of deals for owners which was nice to see. Service there was hit or miss depending on the day. Overall a great experience and we will definitely come back again.

The hotel is in a great location for easy access to attractions and restaurants. A shuttle is available to some attractions. Loved the screened in balcony. Resort did an excellent job keeping guests informed when poor weather impacted the use of the pools. There’s a theater room which showed 2 movies a day and an activity center for kids. Staff friendly and helpful.

Great location. Spacious condo style rooms! They were extremely prompt with bringing pack n plays to our room for our 10 month old twins. I wasn’t able to give 5 stars because the floors in our condo were disgusting. I have one twin that isn’t walking yet and one that is however both were absolutely covered in dirt and had black feet and knees from the floors. Definitely need to use better cleaning products/tools. It also wouldn’t hurt to have the carpets cleaned. The restaurant is convenient however the food was subpar at best. The salmon was dry and overcooked, fries were cold, and drinks were watered down. Finally, the smoking area is right in the middle of the courtyard area between the building and parking lot. So no matter if you take the elevator or stairs, you are forced to walk through the smoking area every time. It definitely needs to be moved to an area out of general traffic.

I stayed for 2 nights. When I requested a later check out after 10am they said call back after 4pm. I then asked for an 815 AM wake up call and was told it was taken care of. I never got the wake up call. The bath tub had strong hot water drip. It made the bathroom have high humidity. When I checked in i got 2 coupons for 2 premium waters. The waters were not premium they were the cheapest. I ordered the fish and chips at the restaurant. I got a large bowl of frys with a 1$ piece of filet of sole which had more crusting than fish and even extended beyond the fish.

Great resort to stay! Next time we go to the parks, this is our go to place. Rooms were super clean, comfortable, plus kitchen is equiped with everything if you want to do your own cooking. Parking is easily accessible. The parks are within walking distance. Transportation within the resort is provided if you don't wish to walk between different areas of the resort. Elton, one of Bell services employees was awesome. Our son wanted to ride in the golf kart and Elton not only drove us to our building but gave us a quick tour of the resort and was super kind and professional.
