We checked in quite late at night. We got to the room almost midnight and we found that the water did not run out. The reception led us wait for a technician for a long time and he tried for a long time. Then he could not fix. We have to move to another room instead. The hotel is quite old. The towel also had some stain. Since we are foreigner so we never know about 50 USD plus tax per night for nothing special!

Great location. Rooms are nice. Love the pool. I was a bit disappointed that I wanted a to go order at La Luce to be told they were too busy to accommodate my order. Found it difficult to find a decent meal at this hotel. Their restaurant Zeta has very slow service. The lobby bar is ok. The marketplace is a lifesaver. Just wish they had a nice restaurant to accommodate a good meal until at least 9 or 10 pm. Bus route to the park is ok. Wish they could accommodate during special events like the mickeys not so scary Halloween party. We had to take an uber back to the hotel. Overall this hotel is ok. Have definitely received top notch service at other hotels in the area.

Incredible experience from start to finish. We came for our daughter’s 10th birthday and the team went above and beyond to make her feel special. Shout out to Meg & Lina for making her Swifty dreams come true with an over the top decorated room and friendship bracelet gift for my daughter and her friend. Stepfani and Josh at La Luce had truffle fries made just for her and sent out a delicious dessert. Shannon at Muse was super friendly and helpful with our breakfast order. The resort is beautiful and our family loved the lazy river pool and water slide along with the complimentary Disney transportation. Highly recommend this hotel for your next trip!

Our stay at Signia by Hilton - An Official Walt Disney World Hotel was great. Provided waters in the room so that you don't need to ask or go to purchase some. Valet service and Bell services provided. Valet parking $63.90 per day. Labor Day holiday was very relaxing in the lazy river: grounds, pool and resort well maintained: one of the hot tub is not heating but I'm sure that will be taken care of soon. I was surprised that the resort was not crowded for the holiday. Employees were polite and willing to help, housekeeping was great, nice, clean room and linens. For buffet breakfast $34.00 person at the Harvest Bistro. Brenda at the restaurant was so amazing and very helpful and pleasant each time she checked if we needed anything else to eat etc. and kept bringing hot coffee AWESOME. She has worked with Hilton for 17 years - since 2009; I hope she can receive an award or recognition for her services. Will definitely stay here again. There was $300.00 hold taken immediately at check in that I was surprised about. Michelle RN

Super friendly staff and very clean rooms. The lobby smells amazing, and the coffee bar is really convenient for busy park days. I wish the shuttle ran more frequently, but it was great to have regardless. I wish I’d had more time on my trip to explore the beautiful pool area, and I would definitely stay here again.

This might’ve been our worst experience at a Hilton property - that’s not to say that it was horrible, but there were definitely more issues than we’ve experienced in the past. -To start, rooms were clean but a little dated. Not an issue overall but for our Thursday-Monday stay, we only received housekeeping 1x. And even that was cut short because our toddler needed to nap so only the bathroom was able to cleaned. -Despite the website showing Harvest Bistro is open “every day”, they closed the Sunday night we were there. There were no signs posted that it would be closed/no other notification for patrons that it wouldn’t be open. Their other restaurant Zeta was also closed that night leaving us with the very expensive La Luce or in-room dining. We had chosen Harvest bistro repeatedly for our on-site dining during our stay because their kids menu was more varied and well rounded (La Luce had only two options and didn’t come with fruits/veggies). -Our door lock’s batteries died. We initially thought our key card had been deactivated so we went back downstairs to have them reactivated. Once we got back to our room (on the 17th floor) we realized it was still not working and a persistent red light was showing on the lock that other locks did not have. I did not want to drag my toddler up and down the hotel for a 3rd time so I called the front desk and after they verified that I was allowed to access the room, it still took 30 minutes for security to come and let us in our room and replace the batteries. My toddler and I sat in the hallway for that entire time. Every guest that passed us (some multiple times) offered to help us or call the front desk on our behalf so that was a really nice show of “community”. -The shuttle to Disney Springs specifically did not start until 12pm every day of our stay - this was not our “park trip” so we had planned on DS a few times during our stay and the delayed shuttle to DS did unfortunately impact our plans. -Poolside service varied but one day, it took 45 minutes for a server to even acknowledge us. Apparently the two servers were confused about whose area it was and everyone in our area with their chair flags up was ignored for a significant amount of time. After our food got delivered, I never saw our server again, not even to sign off on the check. -After our stay, we realized we had left behind a small medical device. It was impossible to talk to the front desk directly and corporate directed me to a website to fill out a lost and found form which we did but there doesn’t seem to be any initiative to try and locate our device. -Our room was on the 17th floor facing west and we COULD see the Epcot fireworks from our window even though reception stated that no rooms had views of the fireworks. -Overall, we wouldn’t stay here again because of these “bumps in the road”. There’s just too much competition in the area for this to have been our experience.

We had such a wonderful experience! The rooms were beautiful, the pool was amazing, and the entire property was absolutely gorgeous. The location is also incredibly convenient for visiting Disney. They offer great transportation with very good schedules, and the hotel is very close to Disney Springs. There is also an excellent selection of restaurants and shops nearby. A special thank-you to Abby and Lisa at the front desk! They helped us so much during our stay and were incredibly patient, kind, welcoming, and professional. They went above and beyond to help us with my husband’s birthday celebration and to sort out the hotel charges. Their hospitality was truly exceptional, and they made us feel so special and cared for. Honestly, they both deserve a raise and an upgrade! The croissant was delicious, and the coffee was excellent. I especially loved the complimentary Nespresso coffee in the room because Nespresso is my favorite coffee brand! The housekeeping staff were also very kind and helpful. Overall, this was a beautiful and memorable experience. Everyone helped make my husband’s birthday extra special, and he was extremely happy with our stay. We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you, especially to Abby and Lisa, for making our visit so wonderful!
