I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Westgate! The resort had so much to offer that I wish I had more time to explore everything. I'm already looking forward to coming back! Our room felt like a mini apartment, and I loved the pool view and whirlpool tub. The balcony door initially wouldn't open, but maintenance fixed it the same day. I'd recommend adding smart TVs, more trash cans, and air fresheners to the rooms. The amenities were fantastic! I loved the basketball court with basketballs ready to use, multiple pools, arcade, bowling, bar and grill, pizza place, and ice cream shop. The calendar of events was also a great touch! I just wish the arcade had more games, the water park stayed open past 6 p.m., and both the water park and mini golf were free for resort guests. The location was PERFECT! Universal Orlando and SeaWorld were both about 10 minutes away, and having Walmart and Dollar Tree next door was incredibly convenient. Overall, a fantastic experience with something for everyone. I definitely plan to return, hopefully once a year!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Westgate in Orlando! This was a great choice for our family vacation, and we would definitely stay here again! Our condo was **newly renovated, spacious, and exceptionally clean**. It was so nice having plenty of room for the entire family to spread out, relax, and feel comfortable after a long day of exploring Orlando. One of the highlights of the resort was the **water park area for the kids!** Such a fun addition and a great way to keep the little ones entertained without having to leave the property. The location was another huge plus! We were conveniently located near **Walt Disney World and the Crayola Experience**, which made getting around and enjoying our family activities so much easier. Overall, Westgate offered the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and family-friendly fun. Having a beautiful, updated condo with plenty of space and activities for the kids made our vacation even more enjoyable. **We had a wonderful experience and would absolutely stay here again! Highly recommend for families visiting Orlando!**

Our room was comfortable except no lighting in the bathroom and the toilet wasn’t working. Requested Shampoo and conditioner which never arrived. Was thinking the presentation would offer a decent breakfast or lunch before sitting for 2 hours of considering purchasing a time share but it was cold hotdogs and stale tortilla chips with chili and cheese. The water park didn’t have any spaces with shade so be prepared to sizzle. Did I mention it’s $25 Pp to try and enjoy their waterpark. Other than that the beds were comfortable:)

We had a wonderful stay at Westgate Lakes Resort & Spa while celebrating our anniversary! A special thank-you to Jon, who helped us during check-in. He truly went above and beyond to accommodate us based on our needs and made our anniversary stay feel extra special. Thanks to his help, we ended up with a beautiful and spacious two-bedroom villa that was perfect for us. Everyone we interacted with throughout the resort was professional, friendly, and welcoming. The property was beautiful, and overall we had a great experience. Unfortunately, the Florida weather didn’t cooperate, so the pools had to close several times because of rain and cloudy skies 😬 — certainly something beyond the resort’s control. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and appreciated the excellent service. Thank you again to Jon and the entire Westgate team for helping make our anniversary weekend a memorable one. We would definitely stay here again!

Great hotel, the room was very nice. I wish there was a little more options when it came to cooking where inside the rooms more pots and bowls, but other than that, everything was good. The rooms seemed mostly clean a couple little minor details here and there. Our biggest issue was the waterpark, the whole three days we were there. They had staffing issues so the whole three days the large waterslides were closed and on the third day they closed the wave pool as well. So that was extremely disappointing. I wish they would do a better job in regards to that. My spa experience was wonderful, the spa area is really nice. Just note that if you want to go into their hot tub make sure to wear a swimsuit. But the massage that I got was so relaxing..

Amazing staff at the reservation desk with the typical rope you into a timeshare gig. Really overall not a bad place but fairly unclean and poorly maintained rooms. The other thing is the noise from the cleaning staff, bright and early they are not at full voice volume to the point of yelling and laughing loudly with each other starting around 6:30am. And this hasn’t happened to me once, this has been literally all 4 times I’ve stayed here. As I understand it’s partially my fault for not wearing earplugs however my wife cannot wear earplugs cause it cause here to get vertigo so with anyone else with those case your SOL on getting any rest in the mornings.

My partner and I wanted a peaceful staycation that wasnt super expensive. The room was clean and the bed was super comfortable. Westgate is definitely a staple for my family! The only thing I didn’t care for was the Water Park area closing at 6pm, which includes the Rikki Tiki Tavern. Other than that I would definitely be back!
