The Hotel location is good. Hotel Room allotted to me and my wife was spacious and the inner decor was very pleasing. The Bed was also Big and comfortable.The room was provided with Electronic safe (Locker), Electric press with Pressboard, Flat screen TV,Electric Kettle,Hair Dryer etc.Hot & Cold water in washroom, Body lotion too. The view outside from the Room is also good.|The Hotel has a restaurant Betula which is opposite the reception area where we had our complimentary breakfast.It is spacious with comfortable seating. However the plates are small - maybe the hotel people infer that holding a small plate is easier as of less weight and the customer may go for second or third servings if needed. In my view, the larger plates are better as it is more convinient for the customer to take variety of food in one serving and enjoy the breakfast. |We found the reception to be very responsive and Polite.

Lovely hotel with nice, helpful and knowledgeable staff! We stayed in a Premium Room with a panoramic fjord view – absolutely amazing. The room had everything we needed except for a shoehorn 😅 The only issue with the room was that it got way too warm. Maybe it was because of the heat wave but unfortunately the AC wasn’t able to cool it down enough. The front desk kindly offered us a fan which definitely helped q little bit but I would have expected the AC to work better. We also visited the rooftop bar where our waitress (I totally forgot her name but she was from Taiwan and I think it sounded like Ai-yin 🥰) was incredibly nice. She made amazing cocktails and the best iced coffee 😋 Also a big thanks to the chef who made the omelettes for breakfast (I hope I got his name right – Bimol Babu). Even with so many hungry guests he always took the time to make everyone’s omelette just the way they wanted it and was so friendly to everyone 🙏 The only other downside was the area around the hotel. Positives: Super close to the Oslo Bus Terminal and Central Station and within walking distance of the Opera House and Sørenga, where you can swim and choose from lots of great restaurants. Negative: There were quite a few homeless people and people with most probably drug addictions around the area during the day. We never felt unsafe and luckily we didn’t see them at night but it did make the area feel a bit less pleasant. Despite all that I’d definitely choose this hotel again for my future stays in Oslo.

The hotel is so convenient to travel and very near to the central station. The breakfast is good. There’s a lot but western style. The room is nice and clean. And the staff is so lovely and willing to service.

Our 1 night stay at Radisson Blu Plaza was absolutely outstanding. Very conveniently located close to the Central Station and minutes away from The Opera House and the Munch Museum. We were given a room on the 31st floor with the best views! The hotel offers sauna and a great pizza place very conveniently located on the ground floor. The breakfast was amazing, serving freshly squeezed juice and even champagne! Will definitely come back and enjoy more of this fab hotel :)

Premium prices, but not premium service Very disappointing experience for a hotel of this category and at these rates. The luggage service was particularly unacceptable. The hotel has a dedicated desk and I saw several luggage staff during my stay, yet the service was unavailable both when I arrived and when I departed. On arrival I explicitly requested assistance and was told nobody was available, with no indication of when someone would be. I therefore carried all my luggage to my room myself. Exactly the same happened on departure. I offered to wait, but was told that assistance could not be guaranteed and nobody knew when it might become available. The receptionist very kindly offered to carry my luggage herself. I appreciated her willingness to help, but declined: this was clearly not her responsibility, and she should not have to compensate for the absence of staff specifically assigned to this service. After carrying everything downstairs myself, the irony was almost comical: while I was standing at the entrance with all my bags waiting for my car, a luggage attendant finally appeared and asked if I needed help. A service that is unavailable on both occasions when a guest actually needs it can hardly be called premium service. I was also repeatedly disturbed before check-out regarding attempts to charge my credit card. More surprisingly, I was explicitly told that the hotel was concerned I might leave without paying. I found this offensive as well as absurd, particularly since the hotel was holding the keys to my Porsche Cayenne at the time. Escaping on foot through Oslo carrying all my luggage would have been a rather improbable plan. Finally, one of the cable machines in the fitness room was partially unusable due to damaged/disconnected cables — another detail well below the maintenance standard I would expect at this price level. Some individual employees were courteous and helpful, so my criticism is not directed at them. The problem is an organisation charging premium-hotel prices without consistently providing premium-hotel service. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not stay here again

Perfect location a very short walk from Central Station. A great pizza bar and a lovely roof top restaurant bar. Staff were fantastic, breakfast was great... you have to get a fresh omelette. Our stay was made all the better with a complimentary upgrade because of a special birthday. Thank you for helping make our visit to your extraordinary city very memorable.

This hotel (especially its extra services) blew my mind. From the top-quality gym, the always quiet indoor pool, the cozy saunas and the INSANE breakfast buffet, every aspect of the stay is relaxing and easy. Despite arriving to an empty body wash and no towel, it was fixed instantly AND we were gifted a free room upgrade just for being members! Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends. Xx

I wasn't staying at the hotel, but I urgently needed a restroom and was close to a real emergency. The staff immediately helped me without any hesitation. They gave me access, explained where to go, and treated me with kindness and respect. In today's world, genuine kindness like this deserves recognition.
