Great location just outside of the centre, lovely friendly staff, lovely breakfast, nice cafe attached. Free tea and coffee was also greatly appreciated in the foyer. The room was basic but exactly what we needed- noisy if you have a window room, just tire yourself out enough to not hear it!

Spent two wonderful nights at this hotel. The room was spacious and clean. A complimentary breakfast was included which was delicious, including gluten free options. The hotel is in a great location, 5 mins walk from the National Theatre station with great access to all parts of the city whether by tram, bus or train.

The smallest hotel bathroom I have ever seen! Seriously, I worried that I would chip my teeth on the bathroom sink every time I had to use the restroom, (aka I had to sit because there was no room to stand). We own an RV and I would classify this hotel’s bathroom as a wet bath because there is no way not to spray water over everything when you attempt to take a shower in such a small room. Housekeeping even covered the toilet paper with plastic to keep it dry… Aside from the smallest bathroom in the world and no air conditioning but they did provide a fan which was appreciated and the windows were able to be opened for fresh air. Hotel was centrally located, so as long as you never ever have to use the bathroom, then it should meet your needs.

The place is very nice. Is in the center of the city. The breakfast is delicious and plenty of food. Then, have a bar-restaurant that have a great menu and at night Ana is on service and is very friendly and give a good service. The bed is comfortable and big. The only thing dind't like was the service at the reception.

*1 Star* For Housekeeping Nice hotel in a great location, but it feels quite small and compact. The rooms are modern and clean overall, but the space is limited. The biggest disappointment was the housekeeping service, which was practically nonexistent. On the 4th day I specifically went to the front desk to request housekeeping because I only needed refills for the shampoo and hand soap dispensers. When they finally came, they only made the bed and left everything else untouched. They didn’t even open the bathroom door or refill anything. On the 6th day, housekeeping came in again, clearly saw the open soap dispenser, simply closed the cover, and left without refilling it. It felt like they were going through the motions without actually providing any real service. Everything else about the hotel was fine, but the lack of basic housekeeping over a longer stay was really poor. I would not recommend this hotel if you need reliable room service during your stay. One star for housekeeping.

Solid European service. The room was clean and functional with all the facilities you need: a safety box, empty fridge, wine glasses, instant coffee, and mugs. There is no AC, but they provide a fan which perfectly deals with the hot Norwegian days. A rich breakfast is included with many options available. For me, the most attractive part was the local fish, fish eggs, and different kinds of local cheese. The traditional Norwegian filter coffee was also really good. There were many other options as well. Big thanks to the staff working there for creating such comfortable conditions!

Comfy, clean room with a nice view. Friendly staff. I slept so well:) Soft blankets and great breakfast. Free and good coffee at lobby. Overall happy with my experience.
